Back in April I sent my Jorg Gray 5600-23 to Trackpack for repair. After not hearing anything I emailed May 14th to which I received a response 5 days later saying the watch had been received and apologies for the delay. Since then no response to emails, calls are not being answered, website not recognised. I've Trackpack a few years back to repair my previous JG watch with no issues. It's been nearly months now I just want to know where my watch is and how I can get it back.

After ordering a ride on toy for my sons birthday in May from rideontoy4u and it not arriving, we found out this company is it’s main company’s name. Trackpack may have gone into liquidation but ride on toys is still operating online. Allowing you to buy products, taking your money only for them never to arrive. We have lost £199

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Product returned, STILL NO REFUND
Placed an order on 11th May, returned 18th May (Royal Mail proof), STILL NO REFUND. This company ignore calls, ignore emails. So they now have the product AND the money, basically have STOLEN £60, not to mention that I paid £10 to return the item so out of pocket £70.

WHEN WILL YOU REFUND THE MONEY YOU OWE?????

I bought an item a month ago, which broke in 3 days. I kept trying to contact their customer services via phone and email and just learnt that it is in liquidation. No hope to get my money back.

Absolute disgusting service, I have purchased a tent from Camping Outdoors on the 24th May, still not received, I have emailed, called with no response. We are taking my 4yr old camping for the first time and now we have no tent. They have over £200 of ours. We cannot afford to buy another tent without the refund so now my daughter will miss out on the trip. FRAUDSTERS!!

I purchased a JG6500 last year July 2021 and this watch has become faulty, the mechanism is broken. I have sent the watch back by recorded delivery on the 7 June 22, they stated the watch will take 2 weeks to repair under warranty. They have a phone number that is set up to cut you off after 30 seconds @due to high demand, on every line you call, sales, customer services. This watch is a gift, just before my dad died, now it feels I have lost the watch, as no one responds to my emails - don't use this firm, no sense of customer service

Nearly two months on various emails and calls and reviews written, not received the item that was ordered, not received a refund, not even an email or phone call to rectify the situation. Surely this is illegal? effectively I have had £200 stolen off me by track pack/rideontoys4u.

Can somebody please get in touch ASAP to put this right.

After writing a review on the 14 June I did then receive a response from trackpack by email saying they would sort my delivery by the end of that week. I didn’t hear again from them with delivery confirmation so I again emailed at the beginning of this week, again no response from them, can’t get through on the telephone, it tells you to email. I have again emailed this morning asking for a full refund and asking them to collect the other half of the parcel which is a swing seat as it’s useless to me without the swing frame. I will never use this firm again, they are very untrustworthy and seem to like to take your money but not provide the full item, customer service are a total disgrace. Hopefully they might get back in touch after seeing this review

Ordered from Outdoor Camping Direct but fulfilled by Trackpack. Ordered a stool 5th and now it’s 21st June and it’s still not arrived. Multiple emails and phone calls made. Phone was not answered. Will have to buy another one to make my camping trip.

If you can’t supply what you advertise as in stock and will be delivered in a certain timescale - get better systems.

After posting this - I got a refund! Shows the value of Trustpilot

Ordered from outdoor camping on 07th June, latest delivery date 7 working day, 17th June. As of today, 20th June, order is still showing as processing. Tried to call numerous times, rings out, contact number left on answerphone, emails sent- absolutely nothing!!! No response at all so I have initiated a chargeback from my bank. Avoid like the plague!

eventually, a response! i'm more than happy to be patient if i have a two way dialogue, so its a bit rich when you have totally ignored any attempts to contact you, a totally deserved review.

I ordered my item from Trackpac via Amazon - a cadac grillo gas dome which arrived on the 20th May 2022. I returned the item the following day as not suitable. Confirmation of receipt was sent to me and I was messaged to say my bank account would be refunded £43.24 by the 30th May. To date I have had no refund. I have sent numerous emails direct to Trackpack customer services & via Amazon. I have had no response to any of my messages.
Not impressed at all but I won't give up. I just want my money back & not to be constantly ignored.

Further update.
Following this review a refund is being made to me for which I'm thankful.
I hate doing negative reviews and would only do so if I felt it to be justified.
However all sorted now.

Ordered a swing in April and got one box had a call telling me the slide had been damaged by Courier company and had the option or a refund or they get another slide out, told them get me another slide which come with a week or the call (customer service was ok up to this point). Was still waiting for the last box after emailing and phones calls was told the box had been damaged by the Courier company again and it would take 1 or 2months to get the bits I need (was offered a refund). I emailed them back saying I’ll like a refund and you can collect the bits I have but no one is answering the phone or responding to emails. Am at a point where am looking to go down a legal root.
**UPDATE** so Iv finally had a email from them, giving me a full refund and coming to pick up the bits I have.

Disappointed, ordered items did not arrive, no one to answer the phone or responds to emails. Will now seek refund through legal channels

Item wasn't delivered at all. After requested for refund 7 working days - still not received. Not responding to any emails. when calling customer service transferring to voicemail so they will return call back - no body contacted me to discuss

Great service, prompt delivery, quality product. Would have been nice for some weights for when on concrete patio (not grass) as light weight & blows in wind, would be fine on grass with the tent hooks provided. Small storage bag so ideal.

Avoid avoid avoid. In stock means absolutely nothing to this company. All they care about is taking your money. Save your self a head ache and use a reputable company not these cowboys
