Delivery problem but excellent customer service
There was a problem with the delivery of my order but I found customer service to be excellent. My emails were all responded to within a few hours and when my order did not arrive I was immediately offered either a refund or a duplicate order. I chose a refund and it was received into my PayPal account by the following day.

WORST customer service I have ever experienced no one is replying to my emails regarding my order and the phone lines are never online. Who can I contact? absolute disgrace.

Stay away from them!
Stay away from them. Don't do any business with them. They lie and treat you like an idiot. I bought Item from them and after a week I had to contact them to ask where my parcel was. They replied that the courier had lost it. Which is probably not true because they even did not send me a tracking number. They offered me the lowest quality item instead. I asked them about the same item but they said it's out of stock where it's still in stock on their website but double the price now. When I told them that, they said it must be an error. No respect for the customer. I do not recommend. I got refunded (thanks God for PayPal). Waste of time. Rubbish. Amateurs. Never ever.

Thank you for your recent review. After looking into this further, we can confirm the parcel was dispatched however due to an issue with the courier, delivery could not be completed. Please be advised, we have not offered low quality alternatives, we had offered alternatives similiar to the price of the original items you ordered. It is normal practice that if one item can not supplied, a similiar one (of similiar value) is offered. The original item is no longer avaliable and is not for sale on the website at an increased price as already advised. Furthermore, our customer service initiated the refund immediatley once requested, not PayPal. We would appreciate if our customers would leave reviews that reflect the true nature of events as this can be damaging to our business and we feel that even though we have let you down with regards to delivery ,the issue has been resolved in less than 24 hours. Nevertheless, thank you for your feedback, this helps us improve our service.

Very happy with this company
Very happy with this company at first muy delivery took alittle longer then usual on a airbed I bought , I emailed them and had a very quick response saying it didn't arrive in a day or so they would sort it for me, after receiving the product that after a few days was faulty they responded straight away to my emails ad resolved the problem by sending me new one they were very helpful 😀 will be buying from them again
