First time user of the product and it was pretty simple to reactivate and start the service again. However the app is pretty poor and takes much too long to update where the actual vehicle is. Needs to be fixed urgently, otherwise how do you track my car in real time ??

Stupid me forgot to take the tag with me and this triggered some alerts - came in by text and email, which was great. I called Trackstar to confirm all was good and spoke to a really helpful person - so all round it was a great experience.
Helen was so helpful. I had an issue registering my tracking device. She took all the particular details from myself and found out that there was a problem. She said that they would have to contact the manufacture and get back to me the next day. The following day Helen phone me and the vehicle manufacture gave her the details to pair up the trackstar devise to the vehicle. Once I registered and set up the account Helen talked me through the next procedure and it was all set up.
It was nice to talk to someone about my issue and Helen reassured me that it would be fixed. Thankyou Helen for all you have done for me.

Helen was extremely helpful in resolving my renewal application for trackstar. I would like to thank her for her patience and kindness.
Whilst the emergency tracker I hope does what it supposed when it’s needed.
The tracker app is poor, the interface is very old and doesn’t always show the true car location at times, spoken to the customer support numerous times and even by there own admission admit it’s not great, needs work and should be exact in my view at all times.
Customer support is lacking not always easy to speak to someone when you need too, they do whatever they can to divert you to the app… they don’t call back when promised and it feels they don’t really know there own product when you question them…. I wouldn’t chose this again or there would need to be a compelling agreement too..
I spoke to Ehsan after purchasing a new Motorhome regarding setting up the Tracker star. It was so easy, good service, very polite and helpful. Graham

So difficult to pay a subscription unable to get into my account and unable get the help by phone email live chat then a human being came to my rescue called Emily and then we finally still had to pay over the phone as the web would not conform to make the payment. Please make it easier computing is not always the answer look at Horizon and learn from it. Most disgruntled until Emily came on board. Eileen
I had cause to contact customer services today about terminating my service with Trackstar. I was met with an advisor called Emily who made all the difference with her friendly helpful approach. This has temporarily made me continue my service until I have tried a couple more fault finding options as suggested by Emily.
Good customer services makes all the difference!

When I finally got to speak to a real person to help me renew my subscription online which was proving impossible, Helen talked me through everything and waited patiently whilst I fumbled about and was finally successful. I had tried hard to do it myself, talked to a robot & send emails previously but no-one replied. After hanging on the phone to be told to go to the website I finally got the help I needed. AI is not the only answer sometimes.

I had cause to contact Trackstar Customer Support Team regarding a technical issue I was experiencing. Initially I did not feel that I received the level of service I would expect as a loyal customer. However, when expressing my dissatisfaction at the apparent lack of recognition of customer loyalty and experience Kerry Corbett took the challenge up. Kerry was efficient, polite and professional and provided a level of service which restored my faith in Trackstar, and a resolution which was equitable to all parties. Kerry is a great ambassador for the Trackstar brand and exemplified what customer service is all about, Thank you

We have a Trackstar S5 tracker on our car. We are buying a new car and putting the current car in part exchange, so I rang Trackstar to cancel the subscription. I was really unhappy to find that they are the only service provider to the car that does not give a refund for the unused portion of the subscription.I was told we could transfer the subscription to another car we own if it has a Trackster tracker fitted. However, we have not been happy with the tracker as it frequently contacts us to say no tag detected in the vehicle when there is one and the batteries have been changed on both tags. When I contacted Trackstar they said I would have to get the engineer who fitted the tracker to resolve the issue.
So a poor product, no resolution service and now no refund for a service we will not be using.
I would not recommend Trackstar to anybody.

I've been having on-going issues with the tracker product, but the support Helen provided me today, has restored my faith in the company. Thank you Helen
paid for service over three weeks ago and not activated yet. Cannot get to speak to anyone about it
