Great service - simple as that
I found a towel rail that I wanted & at a good price. I asked a couple of questions about size etc, all answered quickly, enabling me to place the order.
The towel rail was delivered a few days later, all in good order, fitted perfectly & working great.

I found trade radiators on a Google search, They had exactly what we were looking for and supplied a very attractive radiator plus valves at a great price. Fast delivery.

Customer services are awful they lie
The manager makes promises which they don’t fulfil
The quality of product is Italian made rubbish so be warned do not use this company
Once they have you’re money your own your own
Never will I use such a shoddy company for any of there products appalling

We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy, but we must clarify several inaccuracies in this review.
The radiator supplied matched exactly the specifications provided at the time of ordering. Unfortunately, the measurements originally submitted by you were incorrect, which led to the item not matching the your requirements.
A claim was raised with your credit card provider, who fully reviewed the case and ruled in our favour, confirming that the item supplied was correct and as ordered.
We strongly reject the suggestion that our team was dishonest. Our customer service records show clear communication throughout, and while we always aim to assist where possible, we cannot accept responsibility for errors in measurements supplied by the customer.
All of our radiators are Italian manufactured to industry standards, and we stand by their quality. Once again, the issue here was not product quality, but an incorrect specification provided at checkout.
We welcome genuine feedback, but it’s important that reviews accurately reflect the facts.

Amazing Service!!!
Amazing Service!!!! We bought a towel radiator for our bathroom nearly 5 years ago and it started to corrode. I contacted Trade Radiators and not only did they replace it, they also sent us a better stainless steel version within a few days. Very happy and highly recommended!

Disappointed.
Thank you for your response but the information that you gave is not entirely accurate.
The company used a non-existent landline to contact me which you said was supplied by PayPal not me. This was listed 2nd on PayPal. They are investigating this. You did not use the mobile number which has always been listed first as the Primary Number. The company also failed to ring us an hour ahead of delivery. The ring doorbell was fully charged. The notifictation from the ring doorbell was received after the delivery attempt. Delivery failed for these reasons. This could have been avoided with a phonecall an hour ahead, using the mobile number supplied when ordering online which was also listed first on PayPal. We rang the company immediately but waited 8 hours after the failed delivery to have an update. No possible solutions were offered, only an insistent non-negotiable request for another delivery charge. My husband was left with no option despite the inaccurate information held by the company.

The only number supplied via PayPal was a non-functional landline, which prevented our driver from making contact on the day of delivery. No alternative or mobile number was received prior to dispatch. We do not have access to your PayPal account, that would be a breach of your personal data if we did.
Despite this, a delivery attempt was made. The driver attended the property and rang the doorbell; however, the Ring doorbell was not operational due to it running out of battery (as advised by your husband). Your husband was present in a back office at the time but did not hear the driver. With no working doorbell response and no valid telephone number available, the delivery could not be completed.
As clearly stated in our delivery terms and on two separate emails you were sent, failed deliveries resulting from missing or incorrect contact details, or lack of response at the delivery address, are chargeable. The delivery was booked in for the day you requested and we do also advise in both emails that while we ask the driver to call that is not always a guarantee. The £84 (that was what you paid not £90) redelivery fee reflects the cost of a second vehicle allocation, driver time, and route rescheduling and is non-negotiable. This is in addition to the original £80 delivery charge, which covered the initial delivery attempt.
While we acknowledge your previous custom, all orders are subject to the same terms and conditions, which were applied correctly in this instance.

Getting a refund on a returned radiator…
Getting a refund on a returned radiator is REALLY painful. It's been over two weeks and the stock response is "we're chasing this up with the warehouse". Not impressed.

Woudnt let me mum and me return radiator within their returns policy date and am left stuck with radiator I can't use and hasn't been unpackaged. Me mum used to order all the time won't be anymore. Disappointed is an understatement

First radiator arrived and one end was…
First radiator arrived and one end was missing paint and the other too much around where the vent would go (picked). Contacted customer services and they assured me the new one being sent woukd be checked before leaving warehouse. New one arrived with same issues. Absolutely shocking service and quality control. Apologies for the inconvenience doesn’t cut it when you’ve been lied to and driven a 30 mile round trip to customers house only to feel embarrassed by your lack of overall care .

Great Products & Customer service
We have used Trade Radiators twice, excellent customer service, first time we ordered incorrect valves, rang customer service who helped identify the correct ones needed, arranged return and replacements sent out in days. Products are very good quality, delivery always come when the say and keep you updated of time, would definitely recommend to anyone, company that are always happy to help. First Class :)

1200w radiator element went wrong within a week they weren't really interested in replacing so I'm buying another one from a different company and won't ever use this lot again

At that time, we emailed you requesting some additional information needed to proceed with a replacement. As we did not receive a response, we were unable to move forward with issuing the replacement.

Lovely product, excellent customer service
They say that the true measure of a company is how they respond when something goes wrong. When our radiator was installed, there was a small leak, and I am very happy to report that Trade Radiators did everything they could, at no extra charge, to help us solve the problem. Kim was patient and helpful, and she responded to every question and request I had quickly. We will be purchasing from Trade Radiators again.

I ordered a radiator at a good price and it arrived next day, I was kept in the loop all the way through. I also ordered the valves at the same time which arrived the next day by a different courier again very easy!

Truly disappointing experience. The courier this company is using is not reliable. On five occasions DX failed to deliver the item and keep asking to rearrange the delivery for another day. Three weeks after the initial order my patience ran out. Had to cancel. Hopefully the refund does not take that long
