We have been working with Tradeshow Direct for a new years now and I just have to say they are absolutely the best, from customer service to delivery. In my experience, working with Sarah is always a pleasure, she keeps you on track to make sure you get everything when it is needed, is always accommodating and flexible. When we had our booth re-skinned for the third time, we had the opportunity to work directly with their designer, Jake. I cannot say enough good things about Jake, he was patient, attentive, considerate, and worked over time just to get us printed in time. I honestly always have a good experience with this company, they really go above and beyond.

Seeking a 36”x46” three panel display for use by state chapters of The American Chestnut Foundation at fairs and other public venues I searched the web. Only a few companies offered a 46” tall display and Trade Show Direct was the first I contacted. There was no need to search further. Sarah was helpful and patient in the process of working through details which encouraged me to place an order for three Breeze Large Displays and carrying bags. I was a bit anxious about ordering without seeing a sample, but delighted with what arrived. The shipping cartons are heavy weight, corrugated material, suitable for repeated use in shipping the display. The fitted carrying bags are heavy, waterproof nylon with what appears to be a durable zipper. The displays are of substantial weight (ca. 14 lbs) and very stable when opened. They are high quality, finely crafted and very attractive. And the price seems very reasonable compared to competitors. I couldn’t be more pleased.

We have used Tradshowdirect multiple times over the years for both modern and traditional table covers with our branding, and they turn out wonderful! The only reason we have needed to purchase new ones is because we did a rebrand or needed more. They are always quick to respond via email with any questions you might have, including quotes, and we always receive our product in a timely manner. I highly recommend Tradeshowdirect!

Sarah helped us design a custom counter/showcase for our trade show booth, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We needed a custom solution that was not pictured on the Tradeshow Direct website, but Sarah made it easy to customize a product to meet our needs. Despite the fact that we were working on a short timeline, Tradeshow Direct designed, built, and shipped our countertop in plenty of time for our upcoming show. From beginning to end my experience using Tradeshowdirect for our 10' booth fabric was excellent. Uploading my art was easy and there were great directions. My emails were always answered promptly and helpfully. My design was processed quickly with helpful feedback. The fabric arrived early, and the printing was just perfect and beautifully done, exceeding expectations. Will use them again!

Great customer service and a well put together product.

Multiple times I've had to ask them to rush a project and ship it overnight for our clients, and they've come through every time! Their service is great.

Everything went great I guess the one thing we had a challenge with was the template to submit the art work had changed from our initial email sent to us so we had to take the art work and resize it to the new template.

Also we didn't receive the specs on the best resolution for the backdrop until we submitted the art and it was rejected. At least they caught this before it was printed but these small details would have been great to know as we looked for stock photos online.
