Purchased two exhibit line plasma stands last year. They are very easy to set up and do a great job displaying the monitor. Needed a third one, asap, for a conference. Called in and had one ordered and shipped within 24 hours. The stand was delivered on-time with-in 48 hours. Great customer service and products

We have used TradeShowDirect for a couple of years now and every time the service has been extremely professional and the final products have been more than our clients could have asked for...never a bad experience or product. Danielle Norris was fantastic to work with. She was very responsive to requests. Her prompt responses and preparing the next steps proactively allowed us to hit short turn around deadlines.

The first time I dealt with Tradeshowdirect (4 years ago) I was a Little hesitant due to the fact their prices were very reasonable. I ordered an overhead banner and they were very easy to work with and did a fantastic job. Just recently I had to have the same banner re-done due to the fact I needed our logo updated.
I talked with Danielle and I discussed what I needed. As usual the design team lead by Jake came through with flying colors. Just what I needed and on time.
A Great Company to Deal With.

Original item needed was discontinued by the manufacturer but was still listed on the website. I was called the same day and offered another solution. Service was wonderful - review would be 5 stars if the website was kept up-to-date.

Tradeshowdirect is my go to for all marketing displays. They are the best to work with and great with the personal attention.

Two weeks(!) before the show opened we decided we had to attend an industry show and were lucky enough to find a booth space.

Next, we had to get something more than our two easels and a table to prove we were ready to ship. Called TradeShowDirect after perusing their website. A curved backdrop with a backlit section with podium and monitor stand seemed ideal -- but could they really deliver in time for us to get to the show?? First, we had to design a 12-foot image with three sections that totaled 15,000 by 9,000 pixels(!) And we were amateurs.

Enter Jake! Their artist led us through the exacting process, including suggestions on shadows, fonts, colors. Turned in the artwork Monday, when our deadline was the previous Friday. They built it and it arrived at our plant that Thursday, the day before we left for the show.

Wait, it gets better -- two marketing types open the amazing case, scratch our heads, and stare at the one-page instructions in this empty space on the show floor. No way it could go up that easy! OH YEAH -- a couple of hours later and we had our perfectly lit curved structure towering over us that was the envy of the booths of those who had planned the exhibition for years.

But the measure was the reaction of our potential customers and partners. Success!

And we now have an amazing booth that we can ship around the world in this black case/podium. Since the sections are printed separately, we can even tune the message to our audience and products by buying new sections from TradeShow.

Quality of their physical product is very good. Light yet sturdy, nicely engineered, efficient design, ready to setup and take down. Also their creative design team is superb and can turn ideas into very nice, professional branding imagery for the booth.

TSD did a great job, produced my graphics same-day, and even set up a custom delivery. I was in a pinch and they made it easy! Very pleased, will use again, and would recommend.

We got three dye-sub canopy tents for our summer swim team and we are incredibly impressed with the quality. The dye-sub canopy is thick and study, and it looks like the graphic coloring will last a long time. The frame is aluminum -- both strong and light. It will never rust. We received many compliments the first we used the tents. We're thrilled with them!

I have used their services for my first two trade shows. Everyone has been very helpful, and responsive.
