Seems like a nice company but we had a broken down trailer and requested bolts with overnight delivery. They are due to arrive late in the day three days later. ‘Next day delivery’ apparently only means this Monday to Thursday so misleading and has led to alot of inconvenience for three days. So think they need to sort this bit of their comms out

Paid £14.99 for SATURDAY delivery (ordered early Friday morning), to be given a Monday Delivery slot!! No response from Seller or Courier! Total rip off.

Only 4 stars because my item was packaged into 2 parcels but only 1 tracking number received, DX , only delivered 1 parcel next day as that was the service I picked , unfortunately the second parcel was not delivered till the second day . DX Lost you a five star rating .

Never received the parcel, Kept Promising to Deliver for three days. Cancelled order.
Then I ordered from another company, Next day delivery. No problems.
