We’d like to clarify that Transak never contacts users to place orders, promote investments, or encourage purchases through third-party or scam websites. Transak is solely a payment and conversion provider, facilitating the conversion of fiat to crypto (and vice versa).

The cryptocurrency was successfully processed and delivered on-chain to the wallet address you entered during checkout. Transak does not provide or control wallets, nor do we store user funds. If you’re unable to view the crypto in your wallet, we kindly recommend contacting your wallet provider for further assistance.

Please note that an order confirmation email, including the transaction details and hash, was sent to your registered email address as proof of successful delivery.

We strongly advise users to remain cautious of third parties offering guaranteed returns or directing them to purchase crypto, as these are common indicators of scams. If you believe a third party was involved, we recommend reporting the incident to your local authorities and bank. We would be happy to assist the local authorities within Transak's scope of support.

We’ve reviewed your account and can confirm that your recent buy order was processed successfully from our end, and the cryptocurrency was sent to the wallet address provided during checkout. You can also verify your transaction by logging into global.transak.com and checking your order history.

Additionally, we can see that there has been an outgoing transaction from your wallet. You can verify this by searching your wallet address on a blockchain explorer, which will show all incoming and outgoing transactions associated with your wallet.

Regarding your attempts to sell, we can see that those orders expired because we did not receive the required cryptocurrency transfer. For a sell transaction to be completed, the crypto must be manually sent to the wallet address provided during the order process.

We’d also like to clarify that Transak is solely a payment provider that facilitates the buying and selling of cryptocurrencies. We do not provide or manage wallets. If you are unable to view or access your crypto, we recommend reaching out directly to your wallet provider for assistance.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concern.

We’ve reviewed your recent order and can confirm that it failed due to not meeting certain internal risk and compliance checks. As a result, the transaction was not completed from our end and no funds were successfully deducted by Transak.

If you’re seeing a charge in your bank account, it is likely a temporary authorization hold from your card provider. In cases of failed transactions, banks may place a temporary hold which is typically released automatically within 2–3 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If you continue to see the charge after a few days, we recommend contacting your bank directly for confirmation of the authorization reversal.
