Transak is solely a payment and conversion provider, facilitating the conversion of fiat to cryptocurrency (and vice versa). We do not operate investment or gambling platforms, and we do not provide withdrawal services from third-party websites. We also do not control external wallets or hold customer funds.

Upon reviewing your account, we can confirm that your recent order was processed successfully and the cryptocurrency was delivered on-chain to the wallet address entered during checkout. You can verify the transaction details, including the transaction hash, by logging into your account at global.transak.com.

Additionally, blockchain records show that after the crypto was delivered to the destination wallet, there was a subsequent outgoing transaction from that wallet to another address. This indicates that the funds were received and later moved from the wallet.
