¡CUIDADO! Se quedan con tu dinero y la transacción falla (Error STF)
Pésima experiencia y falta total de soporte. Realicé una compra de USDT (Orden: [Pon aquí tu número de pedido]) por valor de 52,86 € y, aunque me hicieron el cargo en el banco inmediatamente, la transacción en la red Ethereum dio un error 'FAIL' (Status: Insufficient Transferable Funds).
Esto significa que intentaron enviarme los activos sin tener saldo suficiente en su propia billetera. Es un fallo técnico de ellos, pero se niegan a reembolsarme el dinero de forma manual y me obligan a esperar plazos absurdos. He tenido que elevar la reclamación a mi banco para iniciar una disputa legal (Chargeback).
No recomiendo Transak para nada: el sistema falla y el servicio al cliente es nulo cuando tienen que devolver dinero por sus propios errores técnicos. ¡Usad otras plataformas más fiables!

Blockchain activity shows an outgoing transaction from the wallet after delivery, which indicates that the funds were received and subsequently moved.
The “FAIL” or similar error messages displayed on third-party blockchain explorers or wallet interfaces can sometimes be misleading and do not always indicate a failure on Transak’s part. As a regulated fiat-to-crypto on-ramp, our responsibility is limited to processing the payment and delivering the cryptocurrency on-chain. Once the assets are sent to the user’s wallet, we do not have access to or control over wallet balances, gas fees, or any subsequent transaction attempts.
There is no pending action or refund due from our side for this completed order. For further clarification on wallet-level transaction errors or network messages, we strongly recommend contacting your wallet provider, such as MetaMask, who can review the wallet activity in detail. You may also choose to consult your local authorities if you believe you’ve been affected by third-party activity.
