Worst experience we have ever encountered and I wish we’d never heard of Cheeky Trip - who we called and got this awful shambles and Kevin the Supervisor, who
gave us a price for the 7 day holiday, took all the details for our credit card, and then at the end told us there would be £39 extra per person each way payable separately to the airline as an insurance because the £40 visa has been scrapped now to Turkey. This ‘fee’ is obviously an admin fee they add on and should not be passed to the holidaymaker as a fee that must be paid!
It was then conveniently reduced down if we could pay it there and then whilst on the phone.
As we are new to travelling to Turkey, we thought this ‘fee’ was a requirement.
We were asked to accept the email he had sent with the details on whilst he was on the phone.
We have now noticed today, that the holiday is actually returning on day 6, which we were not told!
He said he did tell us that, but at no time did he mention it.
To top it all, they only took half the price of the holiday on the credit card saying there was a problem with it.
We tried to cancel everything, but they would not do it saying they’d booked everything now with their company credit card, and we would be required to make a bank transfer for the remainder so that they could confirm the holiday! Why?
We are still awaiting confirmation the next day, after hours of being on the phone with them yesterday and again today several times.
It’s ruined everything for us before we even go on the holiday, and I’m concerned that we won’t even get transfers or the sea view we’ve paid for, after reading previous reviews on here.
I’m considering contacting ABTA about this company, who have made what should be an exciting time in a run up to a holiday, into a stressful nightmare!
I don’t even want to go on the holiday now because of it all.
Just to add, we now have the bank on standby to intervene as we don’t believe a word we have been told!

Very good company to do holiday booking with. Mark helped us right throughout to even get our return boarding passes today. So far everything has gone very well. I would use this company again.

If I could give it no stars I would! The worst travel company we have ever dealt with! Ruined our holidays and still get away with it. Booked 2 weeks to Crete firstly they have booked me in for wrong dates to a hotel we really wanted after that the initial hotel was no longer available and had to book us last min somewhere else pretty much told us “take us to court we do not care here” and now we are in this horrible hotel on top of that 3 people in 1 room for a more expensive price. All I will say is never again the people there are useless and I will be seeking advice on how we can take this further companies like that should not operate
