Where to begin... What an awful company to deal with. we initially booked our holiday back in February and paid a depositof £2500 for afamily trip to Dominican Republic, all seemed fine until end of March, the company insisted we pay the remaining balance and due to the Corona Virus issue we were reluctant and refused topay the remaining amount as we knew for a fact our holiday would be cancelled. Yet they insisted the holiday would definetely go ahead in May and were adament the Corona Virus would not be an issue. They are unwilling to provide us any feedback or responses to numberous of calls and emails to get our deposit back. We were due to fly with BA and they have refunded all compaies with the initial deposit. Travelopedia have pocketed out deposit and are not refunding it back to us!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! You have been warned, do not trust as much as their prices seem appealing do not booK! You will never go on your dream holiday nor will you see your money back!! Scamming company!

Absolutely disgusted at these guys who think it’s ok not to tell you your holiday is cancelled and like others they have my flight money refunded and they are keeping it to themselves. I’ve recorded every phone call I have made and also started legal proceedings today. Raised disputes on the transactions with the credit card company and the bank as this disgusting excuse of a company do t care one bit! I hope they get shut down! Will try the holiday insurance next. Don’t even think they are legit as it is a scam of a company who have no respect for anyone other than themselves.

Rude, arrogant, aggressive people who hang up on you and laugh at you trying to get your money back!

Oh and when you sniggered And laughed at a 63 year old disabled person who all this stress has caused anxiety I recorded that Conversation too! If anyone wants the recordings will share these gladly! Absolute disgrace!

I purchased airline tickets from them using Cathay Pacific. At no point did they make me aware that in buying the tickets from them, that if there were any issues, I would not be given the same level of service from them, as I would get from Cathay. Enter coronavirus. Cathay is offering refunds or multiple ticket changes at no cost, even into 2021. Flight Office/Travelopedia will not. I have been asking them for 2 months now. They will not answer simple questions. They procrastinate. They will not pass me to the owner of the company for my dispute. I do not see how they can claim to be as good as their website says they are, and I certainly do not see how they can sell a ticket from an airline, then not pass on the airline ticketing decisions at a time like this? Is this legal? I doubt it. I will never buy anything from these people again. Ever. Rude thieves. Next move, is an official complaint to the relevant governing authority. The only way to get rid of companies like this is to report them.

If I could put no stars I would! Booked with them in January and the holiday got cancelled in March due to Corona Virus - only we never found out from them we had to find out from the Jet2 website ourselves. Wouldnt you think your travel agent would have the courtesy to tell you. No communication from them whatsoever. We then rang Jet2 who told us they had refunded our travel agent the money for the flights but Travelopedia will not give us our money back. They just keep saying theres no update. Which we know to be a lie as we have spoken to Jet2 ourselves. They then got into a row with my husband on the phone and told us to just claim on our insurance then ! wow! not very professional at all.

Do not ever book through this company or cheap cost vacations or Travolie or travelopedia, they are all one company, we booked a holiday for 16 people and was given a price in total, we proceeded to payment and was transferred to a “Verification Manager” whom then decided to tell us we had to pay a suppliers fee and a airline charge.

This engulfed into a full blown argument as we have already provided our credit card with the agent.

They refused to listen to what I was telling them about mis-selling of a product and that the airline would not be asking for a further charge if I booked with them directly.

They continued to argue about the fee and where extremely rude and intimidating, they persistently went on about a charge and also a cancellation charge to which I refused. I was told by this manager that I would be charged and had no choice in the matter, whilst this continued I managed to get a block put on my credit card before they attempted to obtain fees from credit card.

I eventually spoke to a supervisor and after stating I was going to be contacting ABTA and the manager, he stated that the whole trip had been cancelled and they would no longer make any attempts to obtain any fees from me.

I have read that so so many people have had issues with this company and the same Intimidation.
Stand your ground and block your credit card if you fall foul of this company, they have missold to several innocent people and they continue to trade in this manner..... Avoid at all costs.

Stella has found me the cheapest ticket in the market she was quick, efficient and very helpful.
From now on I will only book my ticket with Stella.
