Have pondered along the years about booking a trip to Draculas Castle, due the helpfullness of Bruce, i have now booked a trip to tick of bucket list. Fantastic customer experience with Joe !
I had originally reached out last year regarding a trip to Japan and was connected with Joe. I had told him we would go the following year . Anyway we reached out to him 8 months later and he has done an amazing job with booking our trip for may 2027 , nothing was too much trouble for him , even with all my changes etc .
Having worked in hospitality for the last 30 years in the luxury hotel market I fully enjoyed the customer experience I had with Joe with his professionalism, follow up and communication back and forth .
I look forward to working with him when our trip gets nearer and for looking at another trip for 2027 .

I had the most wonderful experience in Japan. Everything was organised meticulously. As a solo traveller all the stress of sorting everything out was handled by Zach. Be organised the trip so I could see as much of Japan in the days I had available. He booked me hotels close to the city, most I walked to in less than 20 minutes but also near stations so I could get trains and move from city to city with ease. When I had to make a few changes prior to the trip, these were done professionally and respectfully. Zach went over and beyond to make this trip for me. Just on this extremely positive experience I will use this company again

I recently booked a Thailand trip for three couples through Zac at Travelpedia, and the service has been excellent so far.
Zac found us a great deal and has been incredibly helpful throughout the booking process. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and always responds promptly to any questions or requests. Nothing has been too much trouble, and he’s made organising the trip simple and stress-free.

Another smooth booking with Joe
Just booked our 2nd holiday with travelpedia to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary to Thailand and Dubai with Joe. I had an itinerary in mind and Joe priced it up for a lot less than I did myself, which was a bonus. I changed my mind a few times on hotels and this was no trouble at all for Joe, he was very patient and very prompt at responding via WhatsApp, which I find very convenient for conversing. Thank you for arranging our holiday which I am super excited for. I shall definitely be booking more holidays with travelpedia.

We stumbled across Travelpedia UK over social media and have been extremely pleased with the service. Although our holiday isnt until Novemeber 2026, Oliver was assigned to our holiday and helped plan it meticulously. Oliver has been amazing. He has kept abreast of any changes within our booking and contacted us with those changes, eg hotels booked not meeting a good enough standard and showed us upgrades if we wanted to change. We have also booked excursions within our holiday which has made the whole experience easy and Oliver has been contactable via WhatsApp at any time of the day and responded quickly with enquiries we have had. We would definitely recommend this company
