Myself and my husband had a wonderful trip to KRAKOW. Bruce my advisor listened to everything I asked for i wanted to be local to all amenities,a short drive from the airport . Everything was perfect our hotel wss beautiful so local to bars restaurant and the markets. Our trip to auswich was wonderful what an experience. Would highly recommend booking with Bruce he's awsome

Good for low budget. Would recommend speaking to Bruce
Travelpedia as a whole isn’t bad. You get what you pay for.
We were unfortunate enough to get stuck in Thailand during the Dubai hit and Bruce from Travelpedia messaged us multiple times a day to check that we were okay. Travelpedia is good if you want to go low budget. I would recommend Bruce as an agent.

LARGE FAMILY GROUO THAILAND TRIP OCT 26
We recently booked a family holiday to Thailand through Travelpedia UK and had a very positive experience from start to finish.
Bruce was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process, answering all of our questions in detail and providing written confirmations for everything we asked about, including flight ticketing, hotel bookings and ATOL protection. As this was a large family booking, we wanted to be very thorough before paying the deposit, and Bruce was always responsive and transparent.
The itinerary included flights with EVA Air, hotels in Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Khao Lak, private transfers and excursions, all at a competitive price. Once the deposit was paid, we were provided with booking confirmations and the reassurance that the flights would be issued with a reference number so we can check the booking directly with the airline.
We appreciated the clear communication and the time taken to ensure we were comfortable with the booking before proceeding. So far the service has been professional and reassuring, and we are looking forward to our trip in October 2026.

Krakow Holiday
Been to Krakow for 3 nights Tuesday 10th to Friday 13th March. Booked through Bruce at Travelpedia and the package was with Easyjet. Brilliant experience from start to finish. Bruce made sure we received all travel documents etc. Everything went to plan and we really enjoyed it.

I want to express my deepest thanks to Zach. My trip to Japan was booked for my friend and I. Sadly this trip had to be changed as I had to travel alone. Zach was kind, thoughtful, considerate and caring. He helped to find more cost effective arrangements for me as a solo travel. Was a bit weary about using a new…
Was a bit weary about using a new company but decided to go with it never been to Thailand before I wanted to go to quite a few places Phuket,Krabi,Ko Samui and Bangkok they sorted out all the accommodation and the flights. The person I dealt with was called Joe and I must’ve met he was absolutely fantastic. Even helped me with my simple mind of online booking et cetera. He worked.
