A really personalised booking service from start to finish. After not knowing how things would turn…
After not knowing how things would turn out after having a few ‘less than perfect’ experiences with on-line tour operators, I was really impressed with TP, especially with my Tour agent Bruce who was friendly but professional and went out of his way to answer all my questions and make sure the issues we faced with our Airline were sorted out as soon as possible.
He was also incredibly patient and understanding of both my own needs and the complexities of my booking and his sense of humour really helped when I was becoming frustrated by my friends speed of commitment. We initially had to enquire about several different bookings scenarios before we even booked - different dates, more people, less people, double rooms vs single rooms, make quite a few changes and Bruce appeared to handle it all with no hint of frustration or annoyance when after all the searches and discussions two of our party dropped out!!
Furthermore I appreciated the continuity and if Bruce was not available when I called or messaged, he would reply as soon as he was back on shift. He stayed in touch until we were safely on the aeroplane out and even asked how our holiday had gone on our return. A good and very personal level of service from start to finish and if I chose Travelpedia for future travel, I will def contact Bruce to act as our Tour agent again.

Trip to Krakow
I recently booked a trip to Krakow with Travelpedia UK and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled perfectly.
Our package included flights, a beautiful hotel, and a tour to Auschwitz – all included in the price, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The hotel they found for us was absolutely stunning and in a great location.
We initially booked with Hazel, who was fantastic and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. Towards the end, Bruce helped us with all our travel documents and made sure everything was in order, which gave us real peace of mind. While we were away, Kevin even checked in with us to make sure everything was going well – such a thoughtful touch and really shows how much they care about their customers.
Nothing was ever too much trouble. They responded quickly to messages and were always friendly, helpful, and professional.
I would highly recommend Travelpedia UK to anyone looking to book a hassle-free, well-organised trip. We had the most amazing time in Krakow and will definitely be booking with them again!

Having just got back from a dream holiday to Japan booked through Travelpedia.UK I would just like to say how amazing Dillon Fernandez has been. He was our agent who was in touch with us every step of the way. He was genuinely interested in making sure we had the best time. He gave us tips on apps to use in Japan for travel and things to do and see. He went out of his way to find prices on taxis for us. We couldn't have asked anymore of him. Any queries I had where answered immediately. He was such a friendly and polite guy. I will not hesitate to get in touch with Dillon to arrange another of our long haul holidays as the package put together for us was just the best. We visited 4 cities and each one we had advice on what to see and do from Dillon, all fantastic and accurate. We didn't have time to do everything advised but we did get lots done. Fantastic holiday choices with amazing after sales service
To be honest it’s a company I had never heard of however it is a company I will use over and over again. Just tell them where you would like to go and where you would like to visit and they will pull it all together for you. You have nothing to sort they book all your flights, hotels trips and transfers. Bruce our agent was absolutely brilliant nothing was a problem to him. I got in touch with Bruce’s as our flight was delayed and we were going to miss the connecting flight. He got back to me within fifteen minutes where he had rebooked us on the next flight and rearranged our transfer pickup. The after sales service was second to none. I can definitely recommend Travelpedia to anyone looking for a brilliant holiday.
