This company misrepresents itself as being connected to Alaska Airlines! I unfortunately thought I was dealing with Alaska Airlines and they duped me into making a reservation. My Husband became ill and we couldn't travel. They will not refund my money! Not only that, but they charged me an extra $325.00 for changing my flight to be 4 hours Later on the same day!
They are frauds, and should be stopped from harming an elderly person like myself or anybody else.Please read all their awful reviews! many more like me!

Travel N Tickets (guys) are slick. They offer a phone number that allows you speak with a travel representative that appears to be associated with Alaska Airlines. They actually put you on hold while they book the tickets at Alaska Airlines. I was charged a “fee” of 775$ for using their service. Of course you can’t cancel your tickets . I tried for months in vein for a 775 $ refund. They wanted an account to refund 350$ too but I said no. They said they would send me a check but never did.

Purchased tickets to Las Vegas, 1st class, 10 days before flight I called airline for a wheelchair for my wife. Airline told me my ticket was not valid. Called credit card to dispute charges. TNT called nest day and told me if I stopped the dispute they would refund my money. I refused to drop the dispute with the Credit Card company. Total Fake ticket company.

My mother passed away so I booked a ticket with this company Travelntickets, and they screwed me over hard. They took my card info, and said my e ticket would be ready in a few hours. Never got the e ticket, went to the airport after being on the phone with their customer service representatives, who hung up on me countless times, so needless to say had to use other means to get to my mothers funeral. Then they accused me of not going to the airport, and not wanting to refund my money. Took 15 days to finally get my money back. This was a terrible situation to be in, and these heartless individuals made it worse. I would never ever use this company for anything again, and I hope this helps to warn everyone to not use them.

Total scam. Misrepresented themselves to my elderly mother as official Eitiad airline representative. When she showed me the flights and cost, I told her that she got scammed and to cancel the tickets (this was 1 hour after booking… well within the airline’s 24 hour cancellation. They refused. Disgraceful company.

This company is not legit. I was diverted to their website while booking my tickets. The site said if I was having trouble booking the flight, I should contact them directly, which I did. The “executive agent” told me the reason why my payment would not go through is because the price of the ticket had gone up. That was lie number one. They seemed to be legit for a while but once I paid for my tickets, they told me that I had pick my seats at a later time. I went back several hours later to pick my seats and again there was a problem in doing so. I called TravelsNTickets and this is where it became ridiculous…they told me lie after lie. Like I had to pay for my seats. I started getting mad because I knew that was not the case, so I continued to pressure them. The “executive agent” told me that he would give me the seats for free and not to tell anyone because he was not supposed to do that. Really? I told him that the company was a scam and that I wanted my money back. They told me that I could not cancel or get a refund for the almost $3,000 tickets. Even though I paid for insurance that would allow me to cancel at any time. They continued to argue with me but finally after and hour they agreed to refund me the whole amount. I called my bank and the money has been refunded. When I booked from the airline it was $900 dollars cheaper than what I would have paid to book with them. This “company” is criminal! They scam and then steel your money. They were about to make $1000 off me. DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED BOOKING AGENT!!! THEY ARE CRIMINALS!

I AM WRITING IN CAPS TO SHOW THE ANGER. I BOOKED OUR FAMILY TRIP TO PUERTO RICO AND ORIGINALLY ON SUN COUNTRY. IMMEDIATLY THE TICKETS SHOWED UP ON MY APP. FAST FORWARD 7 HRS IN MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT I GET A MISSED CALL FROM THEM. MY TICKETS ARE NO LONGER VALID AND THEY WERE TO REBOOK ON DELTA BUT THE TAXES WERE MORE. $502 MORE AND THEIR THOUGHT PROCESS WAS THAT THEY MADE IT BETTER BY WAIVING THE CARRY ON BAG FEE AND PICKING OUR SEATS FOR US. REALLY, CARRY ON IS FREE AND MY STATUS GIVES ME SEATS. THEN I AGAIN RECEIVED MY TICKETS ON DELTA AND SHOWED UP AGAIN ON THE APP. TODAY I CHECK BECAUSE I CAN NOT TRUST THEM, TICKETS ARE GONE AND NOW ON THE PHONE AGAIN WAITING FOR THEM TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. COMPLETELY TERRIBLE COMPANY AND WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I THOUGHT THAT I BOOKED ON KAYAK AND NOT THESE IDIOTS. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND FRUSTRATION AND BUY FROM YOUR DOG OR SOMEONE ELSE.

Absolutely awful company to deal with ! (Travelsntickets) Booked a flight and tried to get a better deal with this company , they screwed up my return flight , so when I called to make it right they charged me an additional 600$ . Then on top of it when I got to the airport they couldn’t find my ticket so they had to call delta and after about 30 minutes and barely making my flight they confirmed my ticket. Fast forward to my return flight , we go to check in to fly home and again when I go to check in they couldn’t find my ticket in the system and it took about 45 minutes on the phone to again clarify my reservation and the worst part was that my returning flight home did not have us reserved to fly completely home . We stood there completely worried about making the flight on time also . We had to run after we got through security barely making it to the flight as they we’re almost completely boarded. I would have been stuck in Atlanta with no way home if I didn’t notice the tag on my bag saying that my luggage was going to Atlanta, not my home state !!!so me noticing it , the customer service woman at the counter again had to take about 30 minutes on the phone with the airline to get us on the plane to get home . I called travelntickets to complain and they did absolutely nothing to make things better . They just argued with me and said there was nothing they were willing to do . And when I originally ordered my tickets through them they said it would take 5 hours to process the tickets, it took 5 days and me calling numerous times a day to finally get my tickets. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!
