Very easy to make a holiday booking the staff was very helpful and nice to speak

I have been using this site for years probably 10 years or more and I used them to book car hire when travelling abroad .

Need negative sort opinions like
-Spain or Not Gatwick or XAque Park

Ideally wanted the 4 or 5 day city breaks in places less traveled advertised when not free to go. But could not find them.

Too many thinks advertised not then available or price way different.
Need a table of Flights left truly last minute. If no flight, All the hotel information is pointless.

Excellent, my go to service for every single holiday, flight, car hire, insurance and hotel search.
Deals way better than any other comparison website I have ever dealt with.
Doesn't display one price and reveal another as you proceed to supplier website.

Good site, plenty of choice and good prices

We rented a car from Travel Supermarket with Economy Bookings. It’s claimed to be on site at Milan Bergamo. When we got the booking confirmation through, it said the car in fact was offsite and we needed to get a shuttle. There was no way to cancel without charge.

The instructions told us to go straight to shuttle P3. It took 20 minutes for the bus and to get there. When we got to the Goldcar desk at P3 they told us we had to go all the way back to the airport to pick up a contract from the Goldcar airport desk. This was opposite to the booking instructions.

It’s taken about 80 minutes to go back and forth. Travel Supermarket should not be advertising false offers and should rectify their records immediately. Goldcar is not at the airport terminal at Bergamo. Furthermore, they should ensure Economy Bookings update their confirmation to give proper instructions. It’s a disgraceful way to treat people. Apparently this has been the situation since December.

We recently booked our summer holiday via Travelsupermarket with Easyjet. The website helped us save at least £100 by comparing prices against other providers. It's a nice layout and is easy to use. Very happy, will use it again in the future.

Regularly use the TravelSupermarket blog articles as inspiration for trips, and also recently used the website for their car hire comparison ahead of our upcoming trip to Malaga - we were able to book with a trusted car hire provider and get a great deal, so will definitely be using for future holidays!
