While one of our items were still stuck in customs, they sent the other items without fail. We just moved from South Africa and currently do not have any furniture in our house. The smaller items were delivered the very next day. The assembly instructions were very easy to follow and the items received were great quality! Very excited for the bigger items to be delivered!

Product was in excellent condition, delivered faster than expected an absolutely loved how it turned out after we assembled it. Will be buying again!!

The wardrobes are very sleek and minimal look and just like what I wanted for our home. It takes two people for it to be assembled but otherwise I love my purchase. Thank you. The delivery guy was also nice and helpful.

The website itself is easy to use, spme decent priced beds. Im excited fir my order, the bed looks great. im a little disappointed with the courier company as I had let them know over the phone and through you guys I wanted my order sent to the back of the house. Apparently the driver hadn't seen any note on that request. It was nice he tried to call first to let mw know if anyone was home but I had missed the calls so therefore order was left at the front of house. Im jjst curious as to why I have only received x1 part of my order and not all together at once, not upset about it as there will be a reason why.

Liked the product but the notice of it being ready for pickup didn't come through. I had an approximate date but had to call a week after that date to verify that it was ready.

Easy process, quick pick up, help from the stuff, all very smooth.

Order on Sunday got it on Tuesday very quick service & delivery,The king single bed was easy to assemble by my wife and is a great bed .

Fantastic experience shopping online was so easy the communication exceptional I knew so quickly when I could collect and that was easy a nice showroom to look around while waiting for my item to be put outside to collect. I’m sure you’ll be seeing me again

Made the purchase online and was emailed within the hour to collect and then easy pickup. The assembly was tricky though and took over 2 hours . In the end, love the drawers. Good quality

The website and ordering experience was very easy and straightforward, including email confirmation quickly that items ready for collection.

The check-in process for furniture collection could be better, as there are many others waiting, or with other various questions regarding their order, which takes up the time of the staff, rather than if we were able to check in without needing to wait for them would be ideal. I see you do have this functionality in your email but I don't think it works as I still had to check-in with the lady at the desk.
Once that was done, it was very quick, a great service. And the office staff do a great job, it's just busy in the weekends for them.
