Minulle toimitettiin aivan väärä matto
Minulle toimitettiin aivan väärä matto. Asiakaspalveluista saamani ohjeiden mukaan palautin sen nopeasti. Sen jälkeen trendcarpetin asiakaspalvelusta ei ole enää vastattu minulle enkä ole edelleenkään saanut mattoa josta olen maksanut yli 300e.

Tuote ei ollut ihan niin laadukas kuin…
Tuote ei ollut ihan niin laadukas kuin kuvassa näytti. Se oli paljon ohuempi ja aika ryppyinen kun se tuli perille. Näyttää kauempaa ihan hyvältä. Alunperin siitä piti tulla olohuoneen lasipöydän alle matto mutta se päätyikin sitten makuuhuoneen matoksi. Päätin kuitenkin pitää sen. Mutta pienoinen pettymys se oli. Olisihan se ihan hinnankin perusteella jo pitänyt arvata.

Väri on paljon tummempi kuin…
Väri on paljon tummempi kuin kuvassanne. Halusin vaaleanharmaan kuten kuvassa, mutta matto on tummanharmaa ja toinen puoli valkoharmaaraidallinen.
Palauttamisesta on tehty niin hankalaa, että en jaksa nähdä vaivaa pyytää teiltä palautuslappua ja mennä johonkin tulostamaan se.

Huono laatu ja hidas palautus
Toimitus oli tosi nopea. Tilattiin matto perjantaina ja tuli jo 2-3 arkipäivän mennessä. Valittiin toimitustavaksi automaatti mutta se ei mahtunut sinne. Eikö myyjä tiedä näin? Tämän lisäksi, maton laatu oli huono eikä värit vastanneet kuvia. Aloitettiin palautus nettisivulta mutta nyt pitää odottaa että asiakaspalvelu ottaa meihin yhteyttä. Miten on mahdollista että vuonna 2026 asiakaspalvelun pitää manuaalisesti käsitellä palautus?!? Iso pettymys!

Tilasin Aranga - maton joulukuussa -25. Huhtikuussa -26 matto on jo käyttökelvoton. Reklamoin maton, mutta heidän mielestä se on ihan normaalia kulumaa. En suosittele tätä firmaa.

Sain väärän maton, eikä asiakaspalvelu vastaa viesteihini. Matto joka minulle toimitettiin ei myöskään vastaa verkkokaupan kuvia, ja siinä on paha haju. En missään nimessä suosittele tätä kauppaa.

Väärät matot
Tilasin kaksi samanlaista mattoa, mutta sain kaksi keskenään erilaista mattoa, joista kumpikaan ei ollut se, joka piti tulla. Lisäksi toinen matto oli rikki.
