I do not recommend playing at this casino. It’s a complete scam! They have no problem taking money from your account, but if you want to withdraw to your bank account, that’s when the problems begin. Documents, requests for ID, a different bank account… I’ve been waiting exactly 14 days now, and every time they say “3 business days,” only to reject the withdrawal on the last day.

You cannot withdraw your money from this casino. All the positive comments you read here are paid reviews meant to create a false impression. When you talk to customer service, you’re speaking to ChatGPT — of course they’re polite and ask for patience. Right below this post, you’ll see their reply asking you to contact them via email — and then they respond with something like: “We’re very sorry, please be patient.”

The company, Feature Buy LTD, operates several other casinos — it’s easy to verify this. I am reporting this case as fraud so that the company loses its license.

Twisted casino

Although it has a few good qualities, overall this is a terrible casino.

Good points:
-Relatively quick verification (within one day)
-Nice cashback with few conditions (max withdrawal of $1000 from cashback isn't bad)

Bad points:
-The RTP for Pragmatic Play games has been lowered compared to standard. I.e. Madame Destiny Megaways RTP is ~2% lower than what is standard (94ish% instead of 96ish%). This is VERY noticeable when playing, as your funds get depleted quickly. Usually when casinos do this they give a bullshit reason like "it allows us to give more bonuses." LOL. Playing isn't fun if you never win.

Recommend staying away from this casino.

I’m extremely disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Trickz Casino. The customer service is terrible — not only are they unhelpful, but they also fail to provide any real answers or assistance.

I’ve been waiting over 48 hours for my withdrawal to be approved, but it’s still on hold due to a so-called “minor issue.” No one can explain what the issue is, and I haven’t received any updates or meaningful support. Every time I reach out, I get generic responses that go nowhere.

What a shame I didn't check this first.

I had a good and funny time, until I wanted to withdraw my win. They found 2 accounts, which is right I had an old one with my old email, I blocked and created a new. This got sorted.

Next, upload documents and payment method. - done /approved (i added a wrong iban nummer) so i was told to send more information / the same information once again, so they could edit. 20 hours later, no response. There was multiple "supporters" contacting me with same messenger " send documents of my iban, but nothing happen, the email was dead.

I wish I never shared all my documents to this scammer company, now I have to change all, but I learned to stay away from online sites, because you never know who sit on the other site, and steal from you. I have blocked my account now, I played all money, and are done with trickz.com,winnerz tsar and All those scammers. No questions is asked to add money, but when you want your win, it's another story. Promise me to stay away guys. It's not worth it.
