I was very happy with trickz before. But now they have changed everything with deposit and payout and they have not informed about this. I have paid over EUR 7,000 in about 1-2…

I have paid over EUR 7,000 in about 1-2 weeks.

Yesterday I finally won 4,000 euros and immediately wrote to support that I would like them paid out.

I was told that they had to verify my credit cards that I had used.
It took all day and evening to write back and forth with several different ones and I could not get a direct contact with their security department.
I had used different credit cards from several different of my banks before the approx 2 weeks, and in the last weeks I have only used the same card.
The others had been verified and there was obviously 1 missing that had been used several months ago and only paid a very small amount once, I think approx. 50-100 euros have been paid from that card.

But because of the one card, they would not my let me draw out my 4000 euros yesterday, even though they had received over 7000 euros from the same bank card that I asked to have them paid out to.

It makes no sense at all that they accept deposits from one bank card and when they have accepted it, they refuse to pay out the winnings to the same card, even if the amount is about half of what they have accepted for deposits from the same bank card?

Now they have waited to return until the balance is back to 0,-

Now I have simply asked them to confirm whether they will pay out any winnings I may have in the future or only take my money when I deposit?

Have not received them since 3 days now. They claim the withdrawals are instant and now it’s been 3 days they are just f**king around with standard customer service answers.
