Professional attitude and performance. I was disappointed that the original inspection was perfunctory and did not identify the problem. We lost two weeks due to that initial failure. The operative that came today knew what they were doing.

Policy Expert were very supportive and offered several solutions to resolve my claim.
The staff were very informed and most helpful. The system used for tracking the claim was very useful.
However I did find the contractors Policy Expert used not to be particularly competent in their administration which caused me a great deal of stress.

I recently had to make a claim with Policy Expert after my mobile phone was stolen, and I have to say the whole experience has been excellent.
From submitting my claim to receiving a settlement offer, everything was handled professionally, efficiently and with very little hassle. The online claims process was straightforward, communication was clear, and the team kept me informed throughout.
