Pranay helped us immensely and honestly saved us from a tough situation. We were worried we’d end up with a very high interest rate or have to go with private lenders, but he secured a competitive rate and gave us a couple of solid options with A lenders to choose from.

In our most stressful time, we called him and explained our situation, and within a day and a half he helped us submit our documents and reviewed everything with us to put us at ease. We were so, and are still, so grateful.

From the very first call, Pranay was incredibly available and responsive. He would take our calls morning or night, communicated quickly, and kept everything clear and on track. Traditional banks kept telling me my credit rating was too bad, that I couldn't qualify to remortgage the home I am in, even though I have an existing mortgage. TD wouldn't budge on helping me with the high payments. So I reached out to True North, Ryan my broker was amazing, he got me an amazing deal with another institution and my payments are now manageable again. Thank you Ryan.

Words cannot describe how incredible Antoniette McDonald has been. After wasting close to a month of my time trying to get an approval with my bank and with a different broker, I reached out to True North and was connected to Antoniette. She got to work right off the batt. She explained the mortgage approval process and communicated everything with an immense level of kindness and respect. Being a first time home buyer, the entire mortgage approval process is all new to me and I had a LOT of questions. Antionette answered all of my questions and re-assured me when I got over-whelmed during the process as my file was extremely complicated. Antoniette was genuinely right there with me every step of the way- going above and beyond to get me an approval. Not only did she do what two other banks couldn’t, she got me TWO separate approvals- one of which with a competitive prime rate.

I would not have been able to purchase my first home without Antoniette.

Great service and a great rate. Far better than what my bank was willing to give me. Mitch Monaco was perfessional and easy to get a hold of whenever I had questions. I appreciated his honesty with one of the fees, even though it could have cost him the deal. Seems like other institutions would have hidden it in the fine print. I’ll definitely renew my mortgage again with him.
