Tried to return the TorqueBall, but no response from multiple emails.
Do not trust this site

I purchased two Torqueballs and we tried to use them. One of the balls wouldn’t tighten at all so we assume it is defective. The other ball could tighten but we couldn’t get it to work as intended after a substantial number of tries. It hurt my wrist just trying to use it. I emailed the company to ask for a refund and how to return them. We’ve not heard back except a form email saying they’d get back to us. Then I noticed on my credit card that a week later they charged me $39.99 that I had not authorized. I emailed them and they responded right away to say it was for some subscription that I had not elected out of. $39.99 a month and I never saw anything about it when I ordered it. They said I needed to cancel the subscription. I have no idea how to do that and I told them that. I will contest it with my credit card company but in my opinion this is a shady and fraudulent business practice. I did not knowingly agree to an expensive subscription.

Product does not work. I tried to get a refund but couldn't.You cannot call them and talk to someone .And they keep charging $39 each month for the ability to talk to some doctor. Very hard to get any relief.

My husband is slipping away and I am getting scared. Forgetting, can't drive, gets lost, even at home, hallucinate, repeats questions, repeats stories, makes up his own details to stories. I have looked into facilities and no way can we afford them.
Gotta find help.

Easy to order. The research was informative. I am a dentist who is looking forward to using it to keep my hands strong and flexible for work. A family member has early onset dementia . I hope it helps them as well.

I saw this ad on my News app today. By the time I got me payment information together my time had run out. I went online to find it and I finally did. However it was more expensive for the package I had tried to order.
I was disappointed, however I am so excited to get this for my 99 year old mother. She is still vibrant, but she suffers from arthritis in her hands and memory loss.
She still takes care of herself, but could use a boost.
This is it! I can't wait to share this with mom.

Simple ordering along with timely assistance.

I had a question about ordering the torqueball that I wanted answered before I ordered it so I emailed them at their support email address. They answered my question within less than one day. Looks like this company has good old fashioned customer service!! That is worth a lot to me!

I received my TBs on 3rd April and they didn't do anything for me only last about 10-15 seconds when wound up. Have sent Company 3 e-mails & 4 tele calls trying to get mty money refunded and return balls, its now been 12 days since I received them and NO Response from this Company DO NOT TRUST THEM

BEWARE . ABSOLUTE SCAM! Torqueball Never worked. When defective torqueball was reported, company repeatedly asked for more information. Then asked for return, but did not give return address. THEN DISCOVERED THAT COMPANY HAD BEEN TAKING UNAUTHORISED PAYMENTS EVERY MONTH FROM MY CREDIT CARD IN ADDITION TO INITIAL PURCHASE PRICE. GOING TO MY BANK RIGHT NOW TO REPORT CREDIT CARD FRAUD.

Be aware of the positive rating on this. Most customer reviews are people who have ordered it, but not used it!! Don’t seem genuine. Reviews in other sites I have checked since ordering seem more likely real and are not positive. The gyroball is absolute rubbish. Shipping took ages. Fell apart after 2 weeks, poorly constructed, total scam.

The science seemed legit, but I bought what I thought was a Torqueball and was less than impressed. Evidently fake Torqueballs are flooding the internet. Buy from the real website, not a sketchy Facebook ad. I can barely open water bottles now (I'm 67), and I can feel my memory slipping. I hope to fix my hands and my memory!
