My 96 year old aunt is in decline. This sounds promising.

This was what I wrote before receiving the actual item. “I liked that there was a simple short explanation, rather than a long-winded video! It got to the point quickly about what the product was and how it worked.”
After receiving the item, I am deleting as many stars as I can and changing my review because that simple explanation was quite misleading as were the guarantees given! I was not happy when I received the product, and immediately contacted them that day to get the RMA number, both through email and by calling them. I n both instances there was an automated response saying thank you for contacting us. We will be in touch. However they were never in touch. I filed a dispute with my credit card company after trying to reach them several more times. Torque ball lied and said that I had never contacted Customer Service . Interesting enough then they go onto to lie that I had not responded to their outreach offering a prepaid return label. How would they know I wanted it returned if I had never contacted Customer service to report any dissatisfaction? They offer a 90 day guarantee in their ads and yet the return policy says it must be returned in 30 days! To me this screams scam.

I found the sites easy to navigate. It did say it didn't matter if I hadn't received the torgue ball yet and that if once received and it is helpful, I can add to my review.

They make me feel like it is real and will help the hands and memory.

The most important thing as we age is to keep our minds sharp. I am not yet in mental decline but I hoping the Torqueball assures me of a sharp mind and maybe will help with my arthritic fingers.

If I could rate this company with negative stars, I would. Avoid buying from them at all costs—they are a complete scam and you will lose your money. When you try to purchase the ball, they sneak in a $39.99 monthly charge for an online newsletter. You have only 7 days to cancel, but most people won’t realize they signed up until it appears on their bill. I emailed the company, and they insisted it was my responsibility to cancel, refusing to refund the charge.

When the ball finally arrived, it didn’t work at all. I followed their instructions exactly, but the ball failed to reach high speed and stopped after a few seconds. I contacted the company for a return address, but instead received automated texts with usage tips. Despite their claim of a 60-day money back guarantee, this is misleading—you're required to get the return address from them, but they don’t respond. Now I’m stuck with a broken product I paid $94.94 for, and my credit card company won’t open a dispute since I still possess the ball. This is their standard operating procedure. Stay far away from this company. I wish someone had warned me.

Ordered 2 torque balls. Received fairly quickly, however they require winding up with your thumbs and it's difficult to do. I have arthritis in my thumbs and my husband has had a stroke so neither of us can manage to wind them up. I've contacted the company numerous times to return as they require an RMA number. I only get an automated response and no further contact or RMA. I feel like this company is basically running a scam. Initially they said you don't need to return the product pass it on to someone else who can benefit from it and they'd provide a full refund. Now they say you must return it within 30 days and the 30 days starts from when you receive the product. However they do not provide an RMA so no doubt you will exceed the 30 day timeline. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

It started with the “Ben’hua” balls…I had seen them in Japan as a young seafarer! That you have captured the essence of those balls with the torque ball invention is phenomenal, and as an engineer (now retired) I’m greatly looking forward to own one, or more, of your torque balls!!

Thank you for the information. We are retired and both need this help. My husband is in latter stage of Parkinson disease. Pray this will help him. Stop his shaking, be able to feed himself and improve memory would be great assists for him. Thx Kay

Very poor customer service. After many attempts to reach for a refund being totally ignored. I would avoid buying this product if for any reason you expect a service.

I’m having problems remembering directions to familiar places. This may be due to ADD coupled with extreme rate of developers replacing older structures with great numbers of apartments.

I hope your product is real and will restore what I need to function well.
