Everything was fine, payment, confirmation mail on my box etc...
A few day later I was refund on my account without explaination from the website.
Finaly, I was informed that the item was out of stock.

Post purchase complaint…
Post purchase complaint only but most important. Delivery partner was truly awful. Was not in our villa at time of delivery so asked to leave items at front door but kept asking me for a OTP before doing so. I never received one for over an hour and had no reason to share for such a delivery I asked to be left... appalling partner for Trayano and unlikely to use again for this sole reason.
