If I were able to give a negative…

If I were able to give a negative review, I would. My order went all over Minnesota, and even North Dakota. I attempted to both call and email Rovina to discuss this matter, but they don't answer their phone, and you can't leave a message because the voicemail is full. In the alternatives, I emailed Rovina three times. Never once did I get a response. Rovina has my correct address in my account, however, they did not send it to my address.They sent it to someplace in Pequot Lakes, MN. It went to a po box. They still do not answer their phone, and they have yet to reply to 1 of my emails. I don't recommend that anybody order Astaxanthin from Rovina.
**They responded to my review, saying I could email. Did you not read my review? I emailed no less than three times with no response.
**Also, I spoke with USPS. I wasn't informed that was the address you gave them. They were terribly confused by the tracking information
Which had it going to pequot lakes, where it was eventually delivered, a number of times. It was also in brainerd, at least twice; saint paul, at least twice; waite park, at least twice; and even in west fargo, which is five miles from my apartment.

We understand how frustrating the tracking updates were. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, the routing and delivery scans are managed by the shipping provider and can sometimes appear confusing. Even so, we recognize the inconvenience this caused and regret your experience.

Have canceled subscription multiple times. They keep sending products and charging me. My subscriptions show canceled on their website. But their product keeps coming no matter what we tried. I tried to get my credit card company to block them. They said it was better to cancel card when dealing with scammers.
