Hi Neil, We are aware that you have not received your item, as communicated to you in emails we have asked APC couriers to investigate. We understand how frustrating it is but we have no control over logistics of APC. As goodwill we did refund you for the postage. We dispatch all our order one time but at the end we are at the mercy of couriers to deliver it on time to customers. Best Wishes Team TTRLTD
