The item we got was quite expensive and…
The item we got was quite expensive and we wanted to check the box for all parts before buying it. We were told we couldn't. After purchasing, our item was missing a key part and now it's useless and we are unable to return the item for store credit. We had a very disappointed family member for Christmas.

The return process is horrible
The return process is horrible. Bought 2 sets of dishes because I needed service for 8. One set arrived broken and I requested a replacement. Was told that wasn't possible and I'd need to return the broken ones for a refund. When I explained I would also need to return the unbroken set, then, because I don't need service for 4, I was told that wasn't possible so I'm stuck with them. Took several days to get the shipping label and I'm still waiting on a refund.

Quality of merchandise.
Delivery was as promised. The merchandise was either defective or for a child. The Christmas bracelet had an extension to adjust for fit but it came off. The other bracelet was too small for anyone to get over their hand to wear it. So disappointed. It looked great when I ordered it. IL am returning hopefully for a full refund.

Negatives: Order tracking ability and visibility needs work. So does order change messaging. It’s fine to tell me you refunded me $18 for out of stock item. But I ordered 3 $18 items and didn’t know which item was cancelled until I received everything else.
