The basic veranda kit was fine
The basic veranda kit was fine, the problem lies in the addition of the glass sliding door kit. It's not clear what you get in the kit and what are extras. I think there should be a comprehensive kit which includes seals end strips ect.

We bought a 5x3 m sliding door vernada and we are very happy! solid, good quality and “easy” installation. looks great, we are trully in love with it! delivery guy was top notch, product well packed no damages over transportation and placing the order was easy too!

Customer services were excellent throughout the whole process. I needed to amend my order, and the difference wes refunded to my bank account the next day. Excellent quality. Delivery driver was the politest and most helpful person you could wish for.

Delivery was excellent
Delivery was excellent. Superb, helpful driver. 6m x 2.5m veranda managed to build it myself including digging and concreting foundations. Needed help to lift the glass panels, 2 man job for these. All went together well, good instructions, good video.

Absolutely Worth Every Penny
From attending the showroom in Leicester, to seeing the product completed in the rear of my daughter’s home, the service and quality is faultless!!
Staff in showroom: so helpful and informative, and touching the fixtures just made me decide instantly: these are for me!
You can add panels and privacy glass at a later date if you wish etc. amazing.
I self-installed an 8mtr x 3mtr canopy.
I studied the online videos and the YouTube videos which were brilliant.
I used a Genie lift and completed each half section to the mid-point and then moved the Genie to the next beam
It went together so well.
It was delivered on a pallet and put on the rear drive. The driver was great.
I can honestly say, worth every penny, my daughter and partner state it’s a Life Changer!!

Great from start to finish. We ordered a veranda recently and the service was faultless to start to finish. We even couldn’t make the first delivery date so they postponed to when we could. Very responsive on emails and the veranda is very well constructed. 5 start all round

Great product at a great price
Ordered a large pergola from Tuinmaximaal earlier this year after visiting the Leicester showroom. Amazing quality product for a fantastic price (half the cost of others that I looked at) I was dubious after reading some negative reviews regarding delivery but it was all good - had a confirmation email and then phone call to confirm delivery date and everything turned up on time. Delivery driver was very friendly and polite and left the product exactly where I asked.
Pergola was installed by an external company and it looks fantastic - 5 stars all the way ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you are looking for a glass canopy that looks good is superb quality for a very reasonable price, then look no further. Managed to get a local company who have fitted these before and it was done in a few hours.
Everybody who has seen it is impressed so I couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely delighted with our veranda…
Absolutely delighted with our veranda and the Gumax light system. It looks great and met all our expectations, top quality throughout. Delivery was good as well.
The only thing I'd suggest improving is the delivery window. It currently covers any hour across two days, so a clearer, tighter time frame would be a real help for planning. Even so, a solid five stars from me.

Great quality, excellent service.
An excellent veranda that has been seamless from start to finish.
Online ordering is simple and clear, you know what you're going to get and it's very competitively priced.
Has a 5mx3m and 3mx3m veranda delivered, all on a single pallet with upright to hold the glass. Overall it was fairly compact but very heavy. Delivery driver was very courteous and did a wonderful job with the smaller fork lift truck off the huge lorry.
Clear instructions although it's still worth watching the video on how to construct it. You WILL need a lift for the cross member with guttering, it's quite heavy. The glass is heavy too, being 10mm thick. If you order samples you get an idea of just how solid it all is.
Overall it's been excellent quality, easy to install (you will need 2-3 people at various times).

I am still waiting for a response regarding my order (#500798425).
I am still waiting for a response regarding my order (#500798425).
Three of the multiwall polycarbonate sheets have developed condensation inside due to air infiltration. Photos have already been provided, and I am simply requesting 3 replacement sheets.
I contacted different departments by email on 16 May and again on 24 May, but I am still waiting for someone to get back to me regarding this issue.
I understand that customer service teams can be busy, but I would appreciate an update and a point of contact who can help resolve this matter.
At this stage, I am not asking for anything complicated — I would simply like the 3 affected polycarbonate sheets to be replaced.
I hope someone from the team can contact me soon and help bring this matter to a conclusion.

We came to you showroom and i was impressed and decided to make an order which i did,all that went smoothly and received a receipt and a few days later got the delivery info which all was great!
I got in touch with Custom Canopies and the owner came out to do a site visit,and i thought everything would be good
They started on the 20th April but said they couldn’t come back the next day as promised but didn’t come back till the 27th April the job went on with leaks to the roof ill fitting doors etc,then they came back on the 8 th may to fix the roof leak etc that was when the owner walked off the job after verbally threatening me and telling me on no account was i to make any negative feedback to anyone because i told him the ill fitting doors which were fitted in at the bottom but were 30/33mm out at the top and not acceptable !!and the roof was till dripping!! Won’t reply to my text’s and emails!!
So where does that leave me withe the warranty i have paid him in full(mistake) iv’e not received an invoice/ receipt/ord no 500795689
The disappointment continues the way the sunroom was left I finally had to get a professional roofer in to stop the main roof leaking!! But we can’t stop the dripping in!at the front above the doors we’ve tried everything but after being told to check the pitch angle of the roof which should be a minimum of 8 degrees I found it’s 4.9 that’s why it’s leaking!! So I’m left with a roof that’s not fit for purpose! What do I do know any suggestions would be appreciated!!
Stay away from this cowboy!!
