I am still waiting for a response regarding my order (#500798425).

Three of the multiwall polycarbonate sheets have developed condensation inside due to air infiltration. Photos have already been provided, and I am simply requesting 3 replacement sheets.

I contacted different departments by email on 16 May and again on 24 May, but I am still waiting for someone to get back to me regarding this issue.

I understand that customer service teams can be busy, but I would appreciate an update and a point of contact who can help resolve this matter.

At this stage, I am not asking for anything complicated — I would simply like the 3 affected polycarbonate sheets to be replaced.

I hope someone from the team can contact me soon and help bring this matter to a conclusion.

We came to you showroom and i was impressed and decided to make an order which i did,all that went smoothly and received a receipt and a few days later got the delivery info which all was great!
I got in touch with Custom Canopies and the owner came out to do a site visit,and i thought everything would be good
They started on the 20th April but said they couldn’t come back the next day as promised but didn’t come back till the 27th April the job went on with leaks to the roof ill fitting doors etc,then they came back on the 8 th may to fix the roof leak etc that was when the owner walked off the job after verbally threatening me and telling me on no account was i to make any negative feedback to anyone because i told him the ill fitting doors which were fitted in at the bottom but were 30/33mm out at the top and not acceptable !!and the roof was till dripping!! Won’t reply to my text’s and emails!!
So where does that leave me withe the warranty i have paid him in full(mistake) iv’e not received an invoice/ receipt/ord no 500795689
The disappointment continues the way the sunroom was left I finally had to get a professional roofer in to stop the main roof leaking!! But we can’t stop the dripping in!at the front above the doors we’ve tried everything but after being told to check the pitch angle of the roof which should be a minimum of 8 degrees I found it’s 4.9 that’s why it’s leaking!! So I’m left with a roof that’s not fit for purpose! What do I do know any suggestions would be appreciated!!

The worst customer service ever. The delivery charge is ridiculous.

After service care does not exist, my Veranda arrived with missing part and it is impossible to get the issue resolved.
1 - almost impossible to get hold of someone.
2 - request must be dealt with through email and no response is given.
3 - no one seems to understand what part is missing, constantly being referred

Ordering a veranda (order number 500800684) was no issue. Delivery came as expected but one of the glass panels was broken. I've tried to contact Tuinmaximaal for two days straight without success. I've emailed twice with no reply. The WhatsApp function is absolutely useless.

What's the point of selling a good product with such poor customer service?

Avoid total waste of time.
Non existent customer service or anything to that effect.
It's now 4 weeks from start to giving up. Daily tries, numerous emails, tried the webchats all to no avail.

Amazing company and products, ordering and delivery where easy, perfectly packaged, we are so happy with our veranda roll on summer

The veranda was great quality and we installed easily. There was just a small communication delay at the start which meant the product was delayed for delivery. I would definitely use Tuin again for future veranda's.

Received a quote which is valid until today, asked for an amendment 7 days ago, no reply.
Went to order online and the prices have gone up £200, cant contact anyone to ask for the quote to be honoured.
Email ignored, whatsapp ignored, Over 500 people in the phone queue at half 7 in the morning?
Can someone reply to me before you lose a sale.

I placed an order 2 days ago but since then I am being kept in the dark.
I have not heard about my order and have no facility to pay online.
My emails and phone called have not been answered.
Not sure if I should cancel and order again?

I am beyond grateful to Joelle and Max of Tuinmaxmaal for helping me with superior customer service afte items are delivered incomplete last year. Joelle has been excellently helpful to solve our issues in a very prpfessional and generous ways.
I have indeed choose the best company Tuinmaxmaal as they ensure their customers are fully satisfied. We can now enjoy our dream glass veranda with high quality. Highly recommended!

Its very difficult to speak to someone and discuss my requirements. It seems to be computers running things. I live too far away to go to the warehouse. Wa shame, as i was really keen to purchase from this company, but now i am concerned about aftersales as mentioned in another review, and the lack of contact with a human. I will look elsewhere and find human contact.

I want to purchase a veranda from this company but they make it so hard for you to buy from them! The checkout form doesn't allow you to enter a house name - only a house number, but good luck if you want help - i have used their Max Chatbot multiple times through the website and on WhatsApp, i have called the Customer service line multiple times - on one occassion i was on hold for over an hour before i gave up. I've also emailed the problem... radio silence. Is there actually anyone on hand to deal with customer issues? And what happens if something goes wrong with delivery, or the product - i'm not reassured, i think you'd be on your own!

The quality of the products were as great as they looked and the price was unbeatable. Tony sat with us and went through everything in detail and we happily ordered our new glass sliding garden room. We purchased our Veranda from Tuinmaximaal in November 2024. The delivery was seamless, with a friendly driver dropping it off at our home. We didn’t begin assembling it until late January 2025. Based on reviews, we expected the assembly to take a couple of days, depending on size; ours is 7 x 3 meters and quite heavy, so be sure to have enough help on hand.

From the moment we unpacked it, the quality was evident. Our professional builder friend, who assisted with the assembly, was impressed with both the craftsmanship and the price. The fit was perfect, and all parts were included. Afterward, my husband asked if I could contact customer service for some extra screws. I did, and they were incredibly friendly. A few days later, we received the screws, a handwritten card, and a bar of chocolate—a thoughtful gesture that still makes me smile, even 10 months later.

I had planned to leave a positive review before experiencing such great after-sales service, but now I’m even more eager to share. Ten months later, we're still thrilled with our purchase. If you're considering buying from Tuinmaximaal, rest assured you’re in good hands. It’s been a long time since we’ve had such pleasant service from a retailer.

We added the doors and side, as we thought we would enjoy the outside space more, absolutely amazing, so pleased with the quality of the doors, so so happy!

Its a great website but could be easier as it is easy to make a mistake when order elemental parts as I did and ordered some incorrect U channels. Then when trying to resolve the problem I was told to wait for the Service department to get back to me.....which they never did, so I left a note on the Facebook page at which point I received an apology and explanation that for some I.T. issue my messages had gone astray - since then Tuinmaximaal have refunded me the cost of the incorrect parts that I ordered and told me to dispense with them as I want so fair play, they fixed the issue and sorted things out for me so a big 'Thank you' to Tuinmaximaal for putting the issue right for me and as for the product - the sliding doors that I purchased they look fantastic in my hallway and I would reccomend anyone who needs the systems they offer, to buy from Tuinmaximaal.
