Responded promptly following my enquiry and provided me with a valid answer for which I was very satisfied.

When I left Tulo to go to another supplier with a cheaper fixed rate, there was an issue with the final meter reading and Tulo were excellent sorting this. Excellent customer service. I would not have left but for the cheaper fixed rate I managed to get with another supplier.

Absolutely Disgraceful. They ignore a faulty meter issue for months, which now traps me into staying with Tulo, then raise prices knowing full well I cannot switch if I wanted to. Absolute scam.

Absolutely brilliant company. No hassle, easy support, and low tariffs. Unfortunately I have had to switch but only due to getting an electric car and them not offering an EV tariff currently. Hopefully they will offer one in future and I will return.
