Direct debit changes
This is my second time using the chat and Gemma was very helpful with updating my direct debit due to high credit.
It was very quick to be redirected to an advisor and all was sorted within 10 minutes.

No Fixed deals available.
I have found Tulo really easy to deal with so far and have had no complaints about their customer service. However I wanted to change to a fixed deal due to the Middle East conflict. They said there are none available. I have switched provider and I’m hoping they pay me the money owed swiftly when the switch is complete. I wouldn’t rule out a return to Tulo in the future.

We have been with Tulo Energy for a year now. Very happy with the service they provide. Super quick response to any query we have had too

No tact, real people with chatbot personalities. I asked to move supply from one home to another, they said tell us later, on the day you move... Because that makes sense. Needless to say, I won't be moving the supply elsewhere, I'll go with someone else.

I have found Tulo seems to be cheaper than other energy companies.
I suggest monitoring your account in case of overpaying. Some companies reduce direct debit if credit amount gets too much. Tulo didnt do that in my case, but responded quickly and positively when I emailed them.
Overall I would recommend.
