Been with Tulo for a little over a year now and I've had no issues at all. I'd built up quite a bit of credit and the process of reducing my monthly payments and requesting a refund was easy and painless. Gemma was polite and very responsive and she provided outstanding customer service. She answered my queries quickly and completely and was able to make changes to my account very quickly. Couldn't have been a better experience.
Excellent Customer Service
I had to apply for Power of Attorney access and Direct Debit changes to my mother's Tulo Energy account. The customer service team responded very quickly to my initial email (within a few hours), and assigned a real human (Gemma), who guided me through the whole process until it was concluded. Everything was sorted out in just 3 business days - much faster than I expected. Gemma was helpful, friendly and efficient, and her personal touch made the process very easy to deal with. Thanks Gemma!
