Garbage website with a complex logon that isn't working. I'm getting multiple codes but still can't get in. Total rubbish. Should have stuck to a proper supplier.

Scammers and thieves

Scammers and thieves! Only just switched to them and within 5 days of the switch date, they took £199 from my account by DD. No statementwas issued either, just stole my money. Electricity and gas are paid after they're used and not up front! I should have listened to reviews. I can hopefully still resign as I'm on the last day of the cooling period. Let's see if they will give me the money back! Fuming!

What you’ve experienced is actually just your first agreed monthly Direct Debit. It’s all clearly outlined in our terms and conditions (the thing you clearly didn’t read, but accepted). As you’re still within your 14-day cooling-off period once you’re back with your original supplier, we’ll refund any credit owed faster than you can write your next one-star review for somewhere else.

The app doesn't work in the sense that…

The app doesn't work in the sense that it does not upload electricity meter readings. The website doesn't let me sign in because it never recognizes the code that it sends to my phone. A terrible start.

Absolute conmen

Absolute conmen. Garbage of a company. I gave them my yearly usage, agreed a DD cost, after the cooling off period they demanded more. I offered to pay a yr in advance, they agreed but refused to lower DD. DO NOT SWITCH TO THIS COMPANY. I'll be demanding a refund for credit and also be switching as soon as I can.

excellent flexible fast customer service

Their rates are very competitive. Their customer service is EXCELLENT, fast, personal and so very helpful and flexible. I'm vey senior and coudl not manage their security codes to enter my account. I told them and they immediately set me up in a different way that makes is very simple for me. Top marks for Tulo!

I've just switched to Tulo

I've just switched to Tulo to take advantage of their keen prices. The switch was completed in just 3 days. I've downloaded their app which is easy to negotiate and shows me the daily readings from my smart meters. Everything has gone very smoothly. Well done Tulo.
