Been very easy.

Signed up then cancelled immediately as I decoded to stay with my existing supplier. The charged me 120 pounds and wouldn’t pay me back. Scamming. There are way better suppliers out there, avoid

Excellent customer service and competitive energy prices.

I have not had any issues with Tulo, whenever i have needed to speak to someone their customer service has been exemplary and i am actually sad that they cannot supply me in my new property. Thankyou to everyone i’ve spoken to, particularly Darnell who has made everything so simple for me :)

Found on comparison website and were the cheapest. They are easy to contact online if you require anything.

They took care of everything and everything was transparent and easy to use or understand.

I have found Tulo very easy and never any hasstles, my only complaint is 2 price rises in one month last month! Saying that still one of the cheapest so i'd definately recommend

The website does everything you'd expect & having had no problems I've had no need to contact anyone. Not a 'High Street name' but very happy with Tulo. And unlike my previous big name provider Tulo don't relentlessly chase me to get a Smart meter installed! 202594

Seamless supply of energy, easy to enter meter readings and review previous readings.

I'm not entirely certain, but since joining TULO Energy, I think that my gas cooker burns slightly hotter and my electricity supply is probably, no definitely closer to 50Hz than my previous suppliers.
