Kept us informed of progress whilst the car was on for repair, particularly as parts were not immediately available. Decent courtesy car, helpful and friendly throughout. Great quality repair. Highly recommended.

All good except I had to wait longer for my repair to go in as the curtsey car I was going to have was damaged by the person who had it before and they had no other cars available.
Other than that the service was excellent.

At the start of the process Turners were very efficient at receiving the vehicle and sending a quote to the insurance. I found the process a little slow after that and found myself having to ring to find out progress. The repair eventually took over 3 weeks. However the work was finished when they said it would be and appears to be of high quality

My car was sent here after a bump. The communication from them was second ro none. They kept me informed throughout the repair and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. They picked the car up for repair and offered to drop off after and take courtesy car back to save me time. The repair was so professional I couldn't tell it had even been dented. The staff were really friendly and helpful and am very grateful to them all. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service from initial contact to delivering a 'near new' vehicle. Not only had the accident damage been expertly repaired (such that the previously damaged area was indistinguishable from original) but the car had been fully valeted inside - we've never seen it so clean since the day we purchased it 12years previously!

Following my recent accident I would like to thank Turners for their excellent service. They collected my car really quickly & provided me with a courtesy car and kept me informed with my car. They did a really good job in repairing my car. It looked like new when they returned it. They did a really good valet on it and it still shines. I would definitely recommend Turners they are all so helpful and provide a really good service. I cannot fault them.
