I ordered a lambswool throw. It has not shipped after several weeks; although they quickly charged my credit card for $94.00. You may never see your purchase & if you do, it will be very late getting to you

I have sent e-mails asking about the status, but no response. I am disgusted with myself from ordering an item from a Chinese scam company!

Update: February 19, 2026
My "$94.00 throw"was received today. There was no notice it had been shipped. It was advertized as lambswool & I thought it would be extra warm on my nursing home bed. However, it is the size of a lap throw! The tag on it says 100% Polyester; no mention of lambswool or any kind of wool. Needless to say, I will be more cautious in making internet purchases in the future!

As it is obvious that this company is committing internet fraud on a huge international scale I wonder if Trustpilot could supply a list of people who have been subjected to this fraudulent company's scam so that we could form an action group prosecution to recover all the money lost to this criminal scam

Appalling. They have taken the money and run. Ordered two items. One item took 3 months to get to us, with terrible customer service along the way. The other item never turned up. Royal Mail confirmed it has been returned to sender. Twilight has not refunded it, and are not responding to any emails.

I ordered and received a faulty light (Bohemia light pendant). After emailing the company to advise, I was requested to provide photos and video evidence of the light when installed and not working. After many emails I received advice that I would be provided a replacement light. The email was very apologetic and seemingly sincere.
Following my reply and response, I have received no tracking advice or shipping advice and the support email provided by Twilight and Co will not reply to my many emails requesting advice on replacement. It has been a month now and still no word. Unfortunately the faulty lamp is just sitting around now unable to be used. Cost was $600 and the original order was placed in Aug 2026.

Watch arrived more than a month after it was ordered. The product arrived in a plastic bag, so damaged the strap had broken and it wasn’t even the product I had purchased. Overall just horrible, would not recommend.

The only good reviews of this company are clearly bots/false reviews.

Spent over $100 each on some floor mats. Received 1 incorrect, and 1 filthy.
The quality also nothing like shown or described on their site.essentially no different to cheap temu quality with a higher price to make you think it’s better.

Emailed and sent pics straight away, with what seemed to be good, quick response- but it was all seemingly an AI Assistant using overly doctored responses to give the false impression of service.

I’m usually pretty careful about online scams but I sure fell for this one. Do not use them is my advice. Unfortunately the only time you will find this is afterwards. I’ll be searching reviews for any online purchase from now on before I pay…..

Ordered a wallet, but when it arrived, it was a cheap chinese knock-off and nothing as we had ordered with extra card slots and leather
Contacted support@twilight who initially said they would forward the correct wallet this was early december, the wallet never came and they stopped answering their emails

This company steals your money as they do not supply the goods you buy and they are scam artists as they send you cheap chinese knock-offs instead of the product you order from their wensite.

Terrible quality product but charging a premium price. Wasn't packaged well so on top of that was also damaged. Say they have an Australian warehouse but when you want to return you have to pay to return to China and they spend multiple emails trying to convince me to keep the product for a partial refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I purchased a gift for my grandmother for Christmas. She received the item and it was the wrong colour and so much smaller than described. I tried to return the item but they want a photo. My grandmother 83 lives 4 hours away by plane. Unsure how I am to get a photo from a senior. The item was packed up ready to return unused and had it in our possession for less than 1 hour. They won’t accept it. I have to pay for my own postage to return and only offered %20 back and %50 off the next order… what a joke that they think we or anyone we know will order from them again.

Don’t waste your time or money. Find a company who is actual reliable.

The Lamp that was sent was not as per the images and was poorly manufactured. they also only sent one when the order clearly states there were 2 lamps. There was email correspondence offering a 20% discount and a 50% discount of the next purchase. I declined, and they said i needed to pay shipping costs. I said as per your terms and conditions twilight are responsible for the shipping costs. No more correspondence from them after many emails from me.
I am now chasing a section 75 from my card issuer, hopefully getting some or all of my £115 back.
Lets hope the card issuers take action against this scam company.

Product came but wasn’t as advertised. Reached out to their info email to ask for an exchange or refund and they blocked my emails when I went to follow up after getting no response.

I placed an order for a doona cover in 21st November. Still have not received order I have emailed many times getting answers saying it’s on its way twice given incorrect tracking numbers. Do not Oder from this company they are scammers !!!

This was my second time ordering a pendant lamp from here and again everything went smoothly. The quality is consistent and the designs feel thoughtful. I feel confident recommending them to friends now.

Terrible product received, nothing like the picture advertised so I complained. They replied that I could have a percentage refunded but still haven’t received any refund and ignoring my emails.

I paid $72 for a glass tea infuser pot. The item I received is not the item I ordered (different model). The new model is either defective or poor design. It won't work because the metal hinge is rubbing on the glass and will need to be moved to work, but that would break the glass. I immediately contacted the company to ask for the 30-day refund that was advertised. I have been given nothing but the runaround. I've sent pictures 3 times. I've made videos to share with them. They tried to say it was a 14-day return policy until I showed them screenshots stating otherwise. Then they offered to refund the full amount if I paid to have the item shipped back to China ($43 cost to me). Then they offered to give me 20% of a refund, and I could keep the product (that doesn't work) OR 50% off the next item I purchase from their website (why on earth would I throw good money after bad, spending more $$ on their crappy products?). The bottom line is they are a dropship company that doesn't stand by the products of their suppliers. They are scammers. Please consider spending your hard-earned money elsewhere if you want a product that is worth the money you spend. I'm currently trying to work with Paypal for a refund, but that doesn't look very promising either.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. My experience was deplorable and I concur with other reviewers that their website and other information is unreliable, at best, but I believe, dishonest and untruthful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The light fitting I ordered was so cheap and badly made, it took more than a month to arrive and was the incorrect item. I wrote them a number of emails, requesting a replacement, then a refund when all I received in return was endless AI generated emails asking me for further information or offering me better deals which involved me paying more money but never a replacement or refund. The would not offer a prepaid return and asked me to pay for a return of the item. In the end I raised a complaint with PayPal, with which I had paid - thankfully - and received a full refund.

Poor quality Chinese knock off products. Do not buy.

SCAM! Do not buy from this company. Purchased a $100 bag 5 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Customer service is non-existent. They should be banned from trading in Australia

Do not use this company. Their website raves about having an easy Returns policy. This is not the case from my experience. I have been unable to return goods, that were not as described on their website. I am in the process of getting Trading Standards involved. My advice is to shop elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Paid £46 for what was supposed to be a Jack Daniels mustang. Arrived after 4 weeks. Empty. Straight in the bin. Along with the free glass. Cheap crap. Scam artists that have obviously made a pretty penny. This parcel comes from Cub01 who are Chinese. They are NOT a Belgian company.
