I’d give none if possible. This company is a total sham. Items not delivered when they claim they have been. Paid for shipping insurance and they can’t even find the policy for the insurance. Items still in China six weeks after purchase.
Please, don’t trouble yourself with this fraudulent company. STAY AWAY!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been waiting over 3 months for my order. I ordered a 36 light chandelier. After a month only the decorative parts of the order arrived. 3 months later i'm still waiting for the electrical components. Customer service have suggested the couriers have attempted delivery on multiple occasions which is a lie as i've never received any calls or emails from them. They sent me an EVRI tracking number that was invalid and now they are saying that DPD are the couriers.

Oh how I wish I’d checked their reviews before I ordered. I understood from their website that they were a Belgian company. The kettle I ordered was sent from China and took over 3 weeks to arrive. It’s of poor quality with the paint finish already chipped and the spout only opening about 10mm and having to be held open to pour.
I’ve asked for a refund, but expect that will be problematical.
I’d recommend against ordering from this company, which misleads in its advertising and supplies poor quality cheap products.

Terrible untruthful website. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The cheap and badly made light took well over a month to arrive and I discover that it has to be returned to CHINA which is not cheap. They sent endless AI generated emails assuring me that it was arriving any day and now refuse to supply a prepaid return. They are just another China based scam

Unfortunately like many others I hadn’t checked reviews before placing the order - as mentioned this is a shell company hiding behind Belgian address, it is in fact a cheap, Chinese factory with products of a lower quality than what you’d get on Chinese fast fashion websites.
Ordered a pyjama set in size Mens XL, it would only fit a male child. Described as soft cotton which is in fact harsh polyester. Delivery took over two weeks which actually isn’t too bad in comparison to other reviewers. No info about returns, contacted via email but we’ll see if any response ever comes.
Please save yourself trouble and avoid.

Bought a clock over $100. Bought the clock specially because they said they were in Belgium. Took a month to arrive, then only worked for a month. So sick of these rip off companies from China where nothing works and they get away with the rip offs.

I wish I could click a zero or worse star review! I spent $85 on what I thought was a beautiful little soft doll handmade from Belgium for my wee granddaughter, and when it came it was a cheap, hideous, hard plastic doll that I could have got for about $7 from the Dollar Store. When I emailed a complaint they responded with a 20% refund offer and 50% off my next order! Are you kidding me, my next order?? As if!! And then they stated "Let it go, this is a one-off offer that we are making especially for you." Let it go????? Wow!!! Never purchase anything from this company!

Don't buy from this company.
Product had terrible quality, it got all rusty within 2 months of use. When I contacted the company they dismissed me saying that their return policy was 30 days only, and didn't even acknowledge the health risks posed by their product.
I bought an induction kettle. Terrible decision.

I ordered a Christmas wreath from these dirty scammers. I have now contacted them on numerous occasions, with no reply. To do this to someone at Christmas, is the lowest of the low. Please please don't be taken in by this horrible nasty company, and please Google remove them from your website. So nobody else get scammed by these scumbags

This company is a dropshipping shell company with an address based in belgium as a veil for the sub-par products coming from the bottom of the barrel ali-express, temu, wish marketplace sellers. Beware, as they have no idea about the technology they sell, let alone any of the other products that move through their product categories. I am now out $140 CAD due to them not vetting their products properly, shipping me an exact replacement of a scam/faulty SSD drive, and then not responding back to issue a refund or credit of any kind. They need their business liscence reported to the governing bodies in the regions that they operate, as well as any place that hosts their virtual storefront, like Shop.

Absolutely terrible. Bought 'Warm White' lights, they came as 'cold lights'. Packaging said 6500K, I asked to return/refund, they wanted more evidence despite requiring an electrician to install. Lights were confirmed as Cold White when turning on. Photos were not enough proof then they wanted a video to further demonstrate they were cold white! Absolutely ridiculous with no accountability. At first I thought it was just me but now looking at the other reviews, they are a scam.

Never received my item. Have been requesting a refund to no avail. I am now taking action through the ACCC.

I wished I had read Trustpilot reviews before ordering items from this company. Delivery was promised in 10 working days. It tool over 1 month - probably because they were drop shipped from China (despite claiming the company was Belgian based). They were not the items pictured on the website. The quality was truly dreadful. They came creased and damaged and very poorly and cheaply packaged. We are trying to return and will be putting in a report in to Trading Standards. We feel like we've been scammed.

Absolute scam, have been waiting over 5 weeks for some lights and they have no information for me other than “it should be you soon” looking at all the other reviews its pretty clear what this company is about.

Order eventually arrived, however - due to extremely poor quality of the products - they were damaged. I requested a refund however they insisted on replacing. Half of the replacement order arrived weeks later and was again damaged. Again would not accept refund or cancellation of other half of the order. Nearly 3 months on the remaining replacement product has still not arrived, no refund has been made, and no instructions on how to return products will be shared. I have refuted charge with bank as a result.
The only reason I gave them 2 stars is that customer service has been very responsive, if only to fob me off.

Horrendous quality of light for a high price.
Light was cheap plastic with some sort of hot glue piling out the side holding it together. With a plug to put into the wall there was actually no mechanisim for it to even light up or be a light!

Company when contacted tried to bid with me via email repeatedly regarding what they would refund.

Save your hard earned money and avoid this place at all costs!

I had a truly great experience shopping here. The quality of the products is excellent, and you can really tell the difference compared to other stores. Everything feels carefully made and thoughtfully designed. Honestly, I think the value and craftsmanship are unmatched in the Australian market, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

It seems that this company is based in Belgium. I would never have ordered if this had been made clear, for multiple delivery-related reasons.

I placed an order on 13th Oct - it didn't arrive until 31st October.

Status updates on the order were non-existent until it hit Yodel, which, in my experience, is the worst delivery company in the UK.

Yodel, true to form, did its best at making an already poor experience even more annoying. They provided a 2-hour delivery slot, which they missed by 5 hours and without giving any further update.

I contacted Yodel via multiple channels without ever speaking to a human. I was informed by automated systems that I would receive the order in the delivery slot, which was already missed!!

The product, a carpet protector for use under an office chair, had been screwed up in a bin liner. The creases caused by the appalling packaging are awful and stick up so much that a wheeled office chair constantly gets stuck as it moves.

The quality of the product is so poor that it will take months for the creases to come out, if they ever do. I wouldn't care if the price was aligned with the quality of the product, but it's not (approximately £55).

I contacted support, providing details of the experience and of the creased protector with accompanying photos.

The response was, I'm afraid, as expected, asking for photos of rips, tears and the like. They have completely missed the point that the product as delivered is not fit for purpose.

I don't have the time or inclination to mess around with a two-penny organisation having already provided damning photographic evidence.

Per the summary, I suggest you avoid using this company. Cheap and cheerful products and service at premium prices!!!

This business sells products which are falsely advertised and horrendous quality. My items arrived and looked nothing like images shown on their website and they do not offer a full refund. Very disappointing

Twilight and Co. are a scam! Poor/non existent “service”. Save yourself the trouble. I’m not one to give bad reviews but want to save people from experiencing what I have.
