This is a SCAM!! Watch out! They take your money, pretend your purchase is held in customs and then ask you to call customs with a number they provide which is another scam!! They’ve even made a fake tracking page - almost very smart but not quite smart enough. Don’t buy from them!! I’ve lost £144

BUYER BEWARE

In my experience, this purported Belgian company behaves like a disreputable operator.

They ignored multiple emails when I tried to use their 30-day money-back guarantee.

After I opened a PayPal dispute, they demanded I close the case so they could “deal with me directly.” No. The dispute remains open until I’m refunded.

The product I received was defective and substandard.

I’m sharing this so others don’t get burned. My PayPal case is ongoing, and I’ll update once I have a resolution.

If I could give a -10 award, I would.
This company has strung me along since 18th September when I ordered a £40 lamp.
It has never turned up. I have emailed to see what has happened and each time I have been told “it is on its way. I have asked for a refund which has not been forthcoming. This company appears to be running a scam. Do not trust them.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
I made a mistake of not checking before purchase. Never received my item and they will not send a new. Website says Belgium however research shows that Belgium law requires a registered ABN on their website which they do not have. This is a Chinese seller, using original photos of lamps and selling copies.

They pretended Austlarian websit and shipping in 6 to 8 business days but turns out, keep changing expected delivery dates so I asked for refund but they reject to refund. Was meant to deliverd within a week but it had beed a month still has't come.
It says it will take another 1 to 2 weeks on top of 1month.

This website is a total scam. Chinese company selling very cheap versions of whats on the website. Think $20 Temu light for $150. Stay away!

WARNING TO EVERYONE. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. Website says company in Belgium but they are in fact Chinese. In addition: shopped with them and was sent a cheap copy item not identical with their website, and unusable. Their website claims 'refund at not extra cost' for refunds unusable, damaged etc however they will not refund. They will ask you to 'let it go' and offer you a low refund to keep item.

I echo what others have said — this company is an absolute scam. I ordered two pendant lights for over $400, but the wrong, cheap pendants arrived, loosely wrapped in bubble wrap with no box. After several emails back and forth trying to prove they’d sent the wrong items, they refused to take responsibility.
Their website clearly states that damaged or incorrect items will be refunded at no cost to the buyer, but they insisted I pay return postage to China ($120) and would only give me a 50% refund. Completely unacceptable.
Do not be fooled by the positive reviews — I’m certain they’re fake. Avoid this company at all costs!

I have already emailed info@twilightandco multiple times and received unhelpful responses from Lisa, who eventually stopped replying altogether. Unfortunately, I have not received any meaningful assistance regarding my issue.

*** These are by far the worst retailers I’ve ever dealt with. Their response to my Trustpilot review pretending to be caring and apologetic is nothing more than an attempt to save face. I followed their request and emailed them again, but they have shown no genuine intention of resolving the issue. They’re now claiming that it has “passed 30 days,” and therefore they’re unable to process a replacement or refund, even though I contacted them on the very day I received the incorrect goods.
I hope my review reaches as many potential customers as possible so they can think twice before purchasing from this retailer. Honestly, you’d be better off buying from Temu, the product quality would be about the same, if not better, at a fraction of the price.

The customer service here has been absolutely amazing. I accidentally received the wrong lamp with my order, but as soon as I reached out, they responded quickly and were very understanding. They immediately sent out the correct lamp without charging me any extra fees. The whole process was stress-free, and it really showed how much they care about their customers.

Ordered a toy. Arrived after over THREE weeks, not as described. This was not a cheap toy. It arrived faulty, not weighted as described, barely the size described (have to really stretch it to get to the 60cm. It looks nothing like the picture it's an absolute sham. It arrived in a cheap plastic bag with Chinese writing all over it. The inside of the fabric has been stitched incorrectly so was on the outside of the toy, clearly very poorly made. I reached it to customer service and all they are offering is a replacement product. I've told them this isn't acceptable. I'm not waiting another 3 weeks to potentially receive another faulty cheap product when it is not at all like described. I continually requested a refund and offered to send back faulty item and this far they have not accepted. DO NOT USE. Selling cheap products under a guise.

Do not order from this company under any circumstances! This is a Chinese company hiding behind a Belgium incorporated address.

I ordered two lights for over £125 which arrived wrapped in a 50cm sheet of bubble wrap, bent and damaged. The quality was extremely poor and frankly looked like a fire risk waiting to happen!

Their website says damaged items will be refunded at no cost to the buyer but they insisted I would only get a refund if I spent £30 on return postage to China (and even then, I have serious doubts they would)
