I don't understand why people are so mad or angry at Twin. They ask for documents which they have to. You just need to send your documents and get them verified. After that, you can deposit and withdraw without a problem. I've been with them for a long time and I haven't had an issue with them. I send every document they ask for. As easy as it seems.

I have written a report miniyeri is breaking down a few specifics of this company and a few others I have done overtime and I find this company rated on a scale level to be the highest rated overall as well as buy each department when broken down. I opened my account yesterday on Twin. I deposit 100€ and took the bonus so I got 200. I have to win in total 6000€. I did win in 6000€ in total. My balance was 2100€ when I won. I did a withdrawal and I sent without them asking my passport and proof of adress.
After the withdrawI of 2000€ i accidentally self excluded my self for 1 month so couldn't login. After reading all this reviews I thought they did this with purpose and I will never get my money. Today I got an email that my withdrawal was successful and I got my money in the bank today.
