On our site, tyres and fitting are usually two separate services: the tyre price is shown online, and the fitting price is set independently by the selected fitting partner/garage. We try to keep this as transparent as possible during the booking steps, but we’ll be happy to review what was displayed for your order.

Regarding returns, return fees can appear high because they generally include the initial delivery, the collection/return transport, and handling/storage costs.

If you haven’t already, please contact our after-sales team via your customer account (ticket/message) with your order number and the tyres concerned, so we can check the exact charges applied and see what options are available in your case.

To allow our service after-sales team to check the order details (reference, tyre size ordered vs. delivered, warehouse pick/dispatch) and propose the appropriate solution, please open a ticket from your secure customer account (or via our contact form if you can’t access it). If you already have a case number, share it here and we will prioritise your request internally.

As this concerns a non-conformity on receipt, please include photos of the tyre labels (size + DOT) and the delivery label, so our agents can investigate quickly and organise the next steps in line with our return procedure.

Deliveries can occasionally be delayed due to incidents or congestion on the carrier network, but you should still be able to reach us and get clear updates. If you haven’t already opened a support request via your secure customer area, please do so (or use our online contact form / live chat) and include your order number—our team will then investigate the tracking with the carrier and come back to you with a concrete solution as quickly as possible.

If a delivery ultimately cannot be completed, the case is handled by our after-sales team according to our process (after verification with the carrier).
