Excellent, tyres exactly as I ordered

Avoid if you expect the company to stand behind its products when something goes wrong.

I ordered a set of four alloy wheels from TyreLeader and had them delivered directly to one of their partnered fitting garages. During the first fitting appointment, the garage discovered that one of the wheels was bent/damaged and the tyre would not hold air. The wheel was never successfully fitted to the vehicle and was never driven on.

I immediately reported the issue and provided photographs, a written statement from TyreLeader’s partnered garage, and every document requested during the claims process. TyreLeader initially agreed to assess the matter as a defect claim and requested additional evidence, only to later reject the claim entirely.

Their final position was that because a tyre had been mounted during the fitting process, the wheel was excluded from return. This makes little sense, as the damage was only discovered during the fitting process at their own partnered garage. The very process that identified the defect was then used as the reason to deny any remedy.

No evidence was provided that the wheel was damaged by the garage, no explanation was given as to how the damage occurred, and no meaningful investigation appears to have taken place. Instead, the claim was rejected based on an internal policy.

I was left with three usable wheels, one unusable wheel, and had to purchase a replacement wheel elsewhere at my own expense to complete the set.

Polite customer service means very little if the company refuses to honour a legitimate claim when a product arrives damaged.

EDIT: Funny how TyreLeader says publicly that my case deserves a review, while privately telling me the decision is final and the case is closed.

Great price delivered on time!! Saved €220 on 4 tyres.
€20 a corner for fitting and balance, shop around was quoted €40 at one place.

Easy to find the correct tyre on the website. Delivered quickly as well.
Will definitely use them again.
