Ueshima Coffee Company Opiniones 

I have since been contacted by Ueshima and the issues has been resolved, they have gone over and above what I might have expected and I will reorder in future.

I hope, if they do have another system upgrade, they put existing customer orders first and monitor/contact these customers as a priority so they do know what is going on. Clearer communication would have helped, But Thank You for resolving the below.

I ordered 7 items on 2nd May paid in full (Via Shop app). Only received a partial order of 4 items. I have e-mailed on the 16th May, 19th May, 1st June and 15th June. The order number given on each occasion and I have had NO replies to what is happening. I have been a longstanding customer and the order was placed during their system upgrade, So benefit of the doubt BUT I still need a reply, I have given two e-mail addresses to reply to and a Phone number. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE AT UESHIMA Coffee reply to me

Fuji Mountain beans are the best we’ve found for our bean to cup machine, but they seem to be increasingly hard to find in local supermarkets.
I was overjoyed to to find the available directly from Ueshima at a good price and delivered efficiently straight to our door.
Breakfast is saved!

Delivery time is longer than it used to be and no traffic as before. Really need to improve this so people don't run out as I did.

Excellent products, excellent company - simply the best coffee beans - for taste , strength and aroma.
For those of you who love real strength and aroma I would thoroughly recommend the 'Fuji Mountain' coffee beans 5/5.

This is my favourite and only one coffee I drink for many many years. Little disappointed with time of delivery this time.

I've had a subscription for some time and other than an out of stock blip a few months ago, everything had been fine...until now. My most recent delivery hasn't arrived despite the money having been taken. My emails have gone unanswered.

Communication from this company is fantastic delivery is quick and not to mention the fantastic coffee range
I’ve ordered several times before and always a great experience it’s the only coffee I drink… altogether fantastic

Good coffee but the company has very poor service and does this cheeky thing on Amazon where they cancel your subscribe and save saying it’s out of stock but you can buy it at full price.

Keep running out of stock. Get a couple of notifications about this. I then have to buy different coffee and a few days latter it’s back in stock and deliver. Extra expense and coffee I didn’t want

Poor communication when trying to find out where my order was or when it was due to arrive, no response to email requests sent only overall blanket email response received. Very impersonal, made me like they didn't care!
Had to wait long time for items to arrive

Delivery was delayed and had to send an enquiry email to find out why. However, coffee beans were good.

Great coffee, delivery was good, I find the packaging superb.

Ordered over 100 capsules on the 2nd of May,no delivery on day 7….. emailed 3 times after day 6/7 and no reply.
Turned up 14th May.
Surprisingly slow service and no communication back.
I had to go and buy extra from the local shop!
Shoddy.
Poor communication.
V slow delivery.

Excellent, very efficient company, quick postage, nice packaging, and above all - really tasty coffee. Would recommend!
