Ordered coffe over a week ago ,heard…
Ordered coffe over a week ago ,heard nothing since . Sent a chase up email 3 days ago, hey guess what ? Still heard nothing . 1st time ordering from this company ,hey guess what ? It will be the last time . Stick to amazon at least you get next day delivery on most coffee ,or the independent online roasters. They are miles better than this .I wont be back and as of next week will requesting charge back from my bank .
Still heard nothing ,contacted bank ,who have now refunded money. Bye bye ueshima!!! Avoid at all costs

Lack of response
Still waiting a week later for my subscription to be dispatched after money has been taken. Contacted customer service and was rather curtly told their system is down without an apology or instruction on whether they will contact me. Since emailed again twice and been ignored. Subscription cancelled but still waiting for the coffee I have paid for this month. Sad as the coffee is lovely

The poor delivery service let's them down
The product arrived late and damaged. The coffee is very good but it is better to buy direct from a supermarket than direct from the company. They dont respond to communication. I sent two emails and never received a reply to either of them. Clearly dont care about customer service.

Lovely smooth coffee always available.
Ueshima is my daily coffee brand of choice (whether decaffeinated or caffeinated) and thanks to their online scheduled delivery service option I can now guarantee I always have it in stock, as local supermarkets can be hit and miss with availability, especially decaffeinated.

The taste of the coffee, iced coffee can, and matcha can are next level, delivery was fast, checkout was quick, the box it came in was beautiful … will for sure make more orders with ueshima as everything was amazing.

UCC drip coffee available in the UK!
Hooray, UCC drip coffee is finally available in the UK . Having used these whilst travelling in Japan and brought a few packets back with me as well I wanted to get some more. These are excellent when travelling or when you want a quick drip coffee without the too much hassle. Service was great and they arrived in 48 hours so we could use them for our next trip.
