Arrived in time and well packaged. Would use again

I’ve tried a lot of different Nespresso-compatible pods, but Ueshima is on a completely different level. As a fan of Japanese coffee culture, I was hoping for that signature smooth, bold, and low-acid profile, and these pods deliver exactly that.
The flavor is incredibly refined. Whether it’s the Tokyo Roast or the House Blend, there is a distinct lack of that "burnt" bitterness you often get with other pods. Instead, you get a rich, clean taste that feels like it came from a high-end coffee house.

A few things that stood out:
Consistency: Every pod performs perfectly in the machine—no issues with flow or sealing.
Aroma: The moment it starts brewing, the kitchen smells amazing.
Sustainability: I love that they offer recyclable options, which is a big plus for me.

If you are looking for a premium coffee experience that is smooth enough to drink black but strong enough to hold up in a latte, look no further. Ueshima is now my go-to brand. Highly recommended!

have been drinking black coffee some 50 years, and this is the best is you want strong full body, set up of regular delivery is easy, you get emails in my case every three weeks and boom on the saturday i get my delivery of another 6 bags. And at a better cost than anywhere else.

I decided to try this coffee while I was shopping, I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was, makes a strong coffee with a slightly bitter aftertaste I will definitely be buying another bag from the supermarket when I run out.

The coffee is great and I was a subscriber to one of their products. The problems started when the product I was ordering ran out and doesn't appear to have been restocked as of now. According to their website and the email advising me the items were out of stock, I could suspend my order or ask for a substitute. Unfortunately I wasn't keen on the substitute so wanted to suspend my order until the items I wanted were back in stock: this was back in November. However there wasn't actually any way I could see on their website in my account to suspend the ordering process, only cancel my subscription. So I reluctantly did this. And for some reason the subscription process removed my entire account, which I didn't find out about until a few weeks later when I went to check whether the items were back in stock (they weren't). So I'm not sure if this is the intended behaviour of the website but it did concern me. So I emailed their customer service in January. I have yet to receive a reply: not even an automated acknowledgement. I'm pretty disappointed so far and have been looking elsewhere for similar coffee. I regret having to do this because up to this point they were really good, the items always arrived well packaged and on time. But their poor website design and non existent customer service has let them down.

I would normally rate this highly but the increased cost from ordering 500g bags was about £7.50 per bag ie £30 per month but now they can’t supply 500g bags but 200g bags so the equivalent price now is £40 per month so that’s an increase of 25% which is unacceptable coffee inflation and such a shame because the quality of the coffee is stunning.
I did try to follow the instructions about cancelling the 500g bags 💼 and have free coffee and just pay for the shipping plus a free 🔖 clip by could not get it to work such a shame as I now have 10bags that cost 25% more as it had already been sent out although I was told by the company that I could refuse delivery which I would not do so I had sent another email saying maybe you could just give me a small discount to save it being returned because of the cost etc but didn’t even get a response.
A really good communication is vital retain customers shame as the coffee is stunning.
Another point is that Morrisons and Sainsbury’s is the cheapest price for the same amount about £3.75

Having discovered UCC after returning from Japan in 2024 - it's always been a great experience from ordering to quick shipment and always great tasting coffee.
