Everugg can’t be trusted with returned products and paying refunds
I purchased a pair of moccasins on the 28th January 2026 in my usual size, the moccasins were to big so on the same day I sent them back to Everugg outlet in Wentworth Point NSW, the store they’d been supplied by. At a cost of $15.00.
They didn’t have 1 size smaller so I requested a refund, I was told this would take 3-5 days to process from the time they received them.
The customer support continually insist they haven’t received them, I had AustPost do an investigation which determined the parcel had been received by a staff member off Everugg on the 4th of February, I forwarded the email from AustPost to they’re customer service only to be told they are very busy.
They have used every possible excuse to avoid paying my refund
