Took my money for a monthly subscription and went out of business without a word.

Your out of business which sucks because you are 80 much better than hi ball

Never received my last two orders and had to get my money back from PayPal.

Was a great experience at first. I had auto shop set up and they kept charging my account and not delivering product

Last order was never received and never got any feedback on why or a refund. Enjoyed the product but the supply chain was not very efficient.

They just stopped sending drinks and don't respond to support emails anymore, but keep sending me TrustPilot review requests.

Support is fast an they cut out the excessive amount of “ blah blah “ if you ever need help with your order.

It ships fast an gets to my house within a day or two.

No orders showed up no response to my emails

Super brand and company! Shame it seems to be out of business.

I bought drinks from the website, but did not receive them or get a refund!

Loved the products and unique flavors like no other seltzer waters out there. Great customer service and fast delivery. Had a subscription for the Dr. Ugly flavor, and regularly purchased their limited edition flavors. I was quite saddened when at first they had to cancel my subscription because of supply chain issues, and even more saddened to see the company disappear.

Great seltzer, and a way to get great taste in a healthier form. Hopefully the company still exists...

I would like to order more, but the website is no longer working.

Please come back. I only got 8 cans left :(

My last order was placed in the first days of January 2022.
I never received my order.
Your customer service responded to my first enquiry, saying they would look into the issue and follow up shortly.
They never followed up.
Your CS team never responded to any of my followup messages and emails as well.
It has been four months since I placed the order and the issue has yet to be resolved.
I finally asked for a refund. Again no reply.
So I am extremely disappointed and have no faith in your fulfillment and customer service abilities.
It’s a shame because I really like your seltzer, but this experience leaves me with no confidence in your online business practices, and I doubt I will ever be ordering from you again.
