Drinks are great but my last 3 months of orders have never been shipped. I have been issued refunds but received no communication about why they have not shipped.

The essences that Ugly has in their drinks are really good. They are so good, my 9 year old drinks Ugly. The only complaint I would have about Ugly is the price point. They are on the more expensive side. But, if you are struggling to get off of soda and don't mind missing the sugary part of soda, Ugly has you covered with their "flavors".

The product is great, the service is non existent. After receiving my last order in December, a few cans had some issues. After letting customer service know they were actually great and sent out an entire new shipment at no cost. Well, a few weeks go by and it appears the shipment was lost by their shipping co. Tracking showed “contact shipper”. Half a dozen calls and emails have gone unanswered since January. Very unfortunate but enough to make me go elsewhere.

Delicious and fabulous, unique, zero calorie flavors! Great prices too!

Honestly, my favorite sparkling water! The Dr. Ugly and the cherry cola are brilliant.

US website has nothing listed for sale and UK website no longer exists at all. No social media activity for months. Have to assume Ugly Drinks has gone under. Shame.

Arrived quickly and in a chill box! Love Ugly Drinks. One day I hope to get a box of the marshmallow.

Excellent flavors, right amount of fizz and just enough caffeine.

A little pricey, but delicious.

The Dr Ugly flavor was exactly the advertised price and the "Dr Pepper" flavor was spot on. Only one can was damaged and the beverage uncarbonated which is honestly pretty decent considering I got two cases. I savor one or two of them in between cases of LaCroix so I know they'll last me a long time. I really liked it in a mixed drink, too. A little Dr Ugly with a shot of Chambord was fantastic.

Wonderful and Easy Experience with a Great Product!
I could not have enjoyed my experience with Ugly drinks any more - fast shipping and wonderful product, with Dr. Ugly being a personal favorite, with birthday cake a close second. It's really nice to get my soda fix without the extra calories!

Fast shipping and excellent product. Had a few cans dent but other than that a perfect experience.

The cherry and dr. ugly are great.

I love the drinks, but the automatic shipping is inconsistent. Sometimes I go over a month without getting one and then I’ll get two within Two weeks.

awesome sparkling water..i'm hooked on the cherry cola and can't wait till they offer root beer again. company is also great to deal with.

Love the flavors
I truly love the flavors, but admittedly the price is a bit hefty and twice I've received shipments where a can or two was damaged / open. This is a problem especially given the expense. Logistics aside though, I do love the product and plan on purchasing in the future
