My loyalty program always has a problem. It shows that I still have 0 point and I cannot add other codes. The customer service ignored me and didn't solve my problem.

Appalling company and customer care. Ordered items in UK one item came with seal open refunded and then two gift sets sent damaged. The casing was torn and can't be used as gifts. Contacted customer service. Thought it was irrelevant. Deemed minor! Sent back as it was not minor. Had to pay postage to their Crawley warehouse. Refund has never come back. I am chasing but silence. Not my problem is their attitude. Avoid Caudelie. Spend your money elsewhere.

Maybe the constant bad reviews regarding their customer service will get their attention. But I doubt it. Awful customer service on WhatsApp. They didn’t care that I had received the wrong product. Their whole manner of dealing with people is shocking. I will not be purchasing again.

Very impressed with all products. Orders arrived within weeks. The complainers are moaning about service rather than the products which I have found to be first class. Don’t let these reviews put you off the products. My skin much improved in a few weeks

Terrible customer service! AVOID! Ordered my moisturiser and serum, my card was declined and an order not processed. So I tried again and it went through. I then realised that they had charged me twice. There response "There is nothing we can do" so nonchalant. Obviously they think people can afford 100 pounds twice . The products aren't that good to warrant their disregard for loyal customers.

Been using Caudal for years I am honestly shocked at these reviews. I have found all the products I have used so far exceptional and always delivered on time. Today I had to call costumer service as I wanted to ask about one of their products I sampled at my local pharmacy, the guy that answered was super helpful.

Vertraut mir und kauft euch lieber die Produkte von einer Apotheke oder woanders, aber nicht von der offiziellen online seite „Caudalie“. Service ist grauenhaft, man wird entweder ignoriert oder einem wird nicht weitergeholfen.
Ich wollte mir die gehypte Caudalie Maske bestellen, leider hab ich ausversehen 2 Mal die selbe Maske bestellt… eine hab ich behalten und die andere wollte ich UNGEÖFFNET zurückschicken. Nach langem Hin- & Herschreiben, wird mir gesagt, dass ich 15€ für den Rückversand zahlen muss. Ich werde nie wieder etwas von dieser Marke bestellen! Von mir bekommen die keinen Cent mehr!!!

I ordered the duo moisturizing body set and vouchers from the Caudalie website on 7 December. The order number is 62000422489. I got an email confirmation and the voucher codes via email, but the gift set never arrived. The answers I am getting from live chat assistance are unsatisfactory. They say that will look into it but that customer service isn't working at the moment. The set was supposed to be a Christmas gift. This is very unprofessional and, to be honest, disappointing for a brand such as Caudalie.

The worst customer service I ever encountered. There's nonpoint phoning them when they can't even help you or doesn't do an extra effort to solve your problem with returns. I returned the products I ordered and then I phoned them after 10 days but still no update. Why maintain a Customer Service when they're useless Customer Service! They need to be trained.

I am writing this review as after my first purchase of the Caudalie dry oil, the company emailed to request I send a review. They got back to me to say they value my comments but my review did not meet their expectations. So they were not going to publish it.
So I like the product, the moisture it brings to my skin. However I am disappointed with how it smells. I much prefer Nuxe dry oil which has a lovely fragrance, and particularly the Nuxe florale, so nice.
I'll be sticking with my Nuxe in future.

i read all the reviews here,,, so i agree i experience it to myself ,,, seems the costuner service really rude i talk on chat box,,
plus i was not understood and ask if can help lqbel for a return , ,like other webstore they can help you to email return label,,, they just ignore it, and wait the a thousand years before they responce,,the chatbox name she use is vanessa ,, obviously she dont have patience too,,, pity i am living here in euerope for qlmost 10 yeqrs and i use this product ,, now its time to say goodbye ,, better buy a product korean skin care and othe brand of france ,is cheap but very effective , i can compare bcoz i use there product a years now,, your rudeness will get you lost some very good costumer,,, and i think u dont care..

Ordered 2 bottles of Claudalie vino perfect. Waste of money doesn’t do anything for the skin.
Won’t be purchasing anything else.

Rudest Customer Service I’ve ever dealt with.

Loved their products so much and for many years, but out of principle for receiving appalling treatment I won’t be buying their products again.

Rude customer complaints person, shouts over you, I tried desperately to pull the conversation back but the woman wouldn’t listen. Wrote to manager and didn’t even get a reply.

Not helpful and misleading information on their website. I placed an order a few days ago and it stated that if your order is over £39 you get a free gift box. When my order arrived there was no gift box, when I contacted them they didn't help me and suggested I place another order for £39 and they will send one. Why would I want to place another order, did not make sense to me. Customer service is awful and I would never recommend or buy from them again. They are not helpful at all. I had mentioned that I need the gift box as its a wedding gift but they didn't care! AVOID!!!!!!

Everytime ive ordered the anti-dark spot serum set it comes in box gift set. This time decided to order it as a birthday present gift however this time it did not come in presentable gift box set but rather the bottles were not packed but thrown in the delivery parcel as if leftovers. Contacted Caudalie to enquire and to my shock received a rude and ignorant response from your staff. Very disappointed with the service and how you treat customers. Your boss Mathilde Thomas should be ashamed of poor staff service

Ich hatte hier wie immer meine Body Cream bestellt. Diese war wie ich beim auspacken feststellte „geronnen“ und ließ sich dadurch gar nicht verteilen. Beschwerde an das Unternehmen wurde eine Woche später noch nicht beantwortet und das für 35,- das allerletzte! Nie mehr Caudalie und ich werde jedem davon abraten!

I’ve used the cashmere lifting cream for a year and it was really nice but the new one is greasy and makes my skin itch
I contacted them and they confirmed it’s a new formula and added a link to buy a different range!
No I don’t want a new range I expected what I paid £45 for
So now I’m stuck with expensive hand cream as it’s gross
